Kane will still win golden boot

If Salah had only scored 2 I'd have said yes probably, but if Salah keeps scoring a goal a game Kane will have to go on a mad one, even better than his end to last season to even match him when he returns. However if he is back for the game after Chelsea then I'd fancy him to catch Salah

Which is fine. Sure he'd like to but if he can get to 30 league goals after yet another injury spell (actually 2l) whilst salah has played every match then I think that is a great effort.

Unexpectedly found myself developing bit of a soft spot for Palace this season. Not sure why, but Roy's a good guy, Andros is there, and they do try to play progressive ball. Still in big trouble, but 3 good points today.

As for Charlie Adam, I don't know if the moron gene or the scumbag gene is stronger in that one, but either way he's a fucking dick who fucked his team today. Off to the knacker's yard with him, I say.

Luke Shaw has the body shape of Rebel Wilson
his transfer value must be dropping like a stone with the abuse he is copping from Maureen.
Poch may ask Levy to buy him for thrupence as a charity project just to get the poor lad out of Manchester

Why is Salah being hailed as some sort of messiah? He's going to break a record. So did Kane. Yet everyone is asking what has Kane got to show for it? Salah isn't going to have anything to show for it either.

'Sigh'

Missing the PL ? You bet I am.

Not wanting to wish my life away but I'm looking forward to next weekend's live games with great interest...

Saturday
12.30 Palace v Liverpool. (Sky Sports) Pretty sure Palace not good enough to get anything here.
15.00 Man U v Swansea (Sky Ireland) Swansea -- ditto --
17.30 Everton v City (BT) Everton caused a blip with that draw early on in the season but not much hope here.

Sunday
13.30 Arse v Stoke (Sky Sports) Pah.
16.00 Chelsea v Spurs (Sky Sports) Win please.

There's a relegation battle on Saturday at the rented home of West Ham - they have Southampton - that could be very interesting too !

I'm amazed West Ham haven't been told to play that game behind closed doors, especially as it's a relegation six-pointer and if they lose i bet shit will hit the fan (literally) in that ground

I think Palace with a fit Zaha can cause Liverpool a lot of trouble. The problem will be keeping them out at the other end. Can easily see a 3-3 or 2-4 scoreline or something like that, maybe even higher.

I hope for a repeat of this:

Salah has perhaps been the best player in the world since January. I'd be pretty surprised if he doesn't win the boot.

Palace vs Liverpool live on TV for us later.

First thoughts are an obvious away win but Liverpool's defeats to Swansea and Leicester this season, as well as draws with Burnley and WBA, show that they can struggle against teams you'd expect them to beat. Probably still win though.
