It's hardly believable that they're four points ahead of us yet quite clearly such a massively inferior team...

Here's why...

The saves tonight haven't been updated yet.

Its because he is a winner.

Nah, well he is, but there's nothing inspirational about Mourinho these days.

The fact is they had so much individual talent on the pitch they would start to create proper chances at some point.

But they're such a disjointed side it's unreal, and when you look at all that talent, it's not very impressive from a coaching perspective.

They don't look cohesive and they don't produce fluid attacking football on a consistent basis.

I'm optimistic because they will try and play football and make the game open.

I can’t really remember the game last season that finished nil nil. Were we just bad or unlucky or did they play well. I know up till then we battered them every time we played them. They obviously learnt from that and also at Wembley too where we struggled to win the game.

They were the better team and outfought us for large parts. I recall they also had a good chance late on which they should have taken.

I think we were in that run of uninspired draws. They did press us, but we huffed and puffed without really creating much.

Yeah, it was the game in which Sissoko should have seen red for the elbow. I think Poch was still figuring out how we can operate without Kane, who was injured.

Alli was struggling for form, Lamela was about to get injured and Sonny was not yet firing in that role. We also had Janssen come off the bench and miss a chance. We weren't firing on all cylinders. Every other time we came up against Bournemouth we made easy work of it. I think we were slightly hamstrung that day.

Also we could have gone top of the league if we'd won. We all know how that works!!

I broke down in tears last night I tell ya. It was crushing. What's going on...?:cry::cry::cry::cry::cry::cry::cry:

Oh wait this is the Spurs forum, not Arsenal. :bored:

In that case: Disappointing that Palace couldn't hold on, but what a goal to get the win. :woot:

Klopp on Mourinho's tactics:

"I know what people are saying – they play a specific kind of football, we play a specific kind of football and now everyone makes a big thing of it. But it’s all about winning. There are different ways to win football games but we have another history in the last few years. In the last few years, Manchester United was more successful than us. That’s the truth, we respect that, but it doesn’t disturb the moment, to be honest.

"If we have to defend there we have to defend with all we have, not with gambling and thinking we are flying. Against Manchester United, nobody flies. They are physically too strong, technically too strong. It’s not a battle of systems or philosophies, just two very good football teams who face each other.

"When United attack I hope all my players are involved in defending. If someone then says that is parking the bus then we park the bus. I have no problem with that. Over 95 minutes, of course, we want to bring our football on the pitch as well. I think it will be a big fight as derbies are in general. Hopefully with a positive result at the end."

Correct me if I’m wrong, but Sky are slightly excited by this fixture?

Do they not realise it’s usually fucking wank and nowhere near as big as it once was?

‘Oooooooooooh, the race to finish 20 points behind Man City! Don’t miss it!!!’
Neither are finishing second anyway, that’ll hurt Carragher especially ( ‘these two are the closest to overhauling City in next couple of years’ )

I suppose we want a draw (do we)? My irrational hatred of liverpool wants them to lose though.

Battle of the egos. Too close to call whom will make the most idiotic post match comments.

Think I'll opt for a draw. #Buffoons.

Probably the most sensible thing he’s said since he’s taken the Liverpool job. I bet their fans are seething at the lack of biase.
