This is their run-in. The games are coming thick and fast and they've played more than us so far.
They are away to Watford, sandwiched in-between their ties against Napoli and actually only get two days rest before they host Palace (although I guess this will be put back a day) regardless Palace aren't a good team to be playing when tired as they have the legs.

I assume that their away trip to Wolves will be slotted in before their trip to Leicester, that is not a good couple of away games back to back.

Perhaps I am analysing this too much but that run-in is far from as easy as some of their fans and pundits are making out. Also, if they beat Napoli they really will have a fixture pile-up.

Pleased they drew Napoli rather than Pub Team FC. Fingers crossed...

Oh god, another weekend of disappointment coming up. I can only see us rolling over at klanfield yet again with everyone else winning too.

I would've fancied Watford to cause United problems, had they not had the worst record at Old Trafford of any side currently in the PL.

And as for Fulham, including last time they were up they've taken one point in their last 24 games against the current top six, that was a 2-2 against United in 2014.

Bad omens all round.

Could really do with some of our rivals dropping some points.

Tbh, can't really see that happening this weekend. I think even Watford will get beaten at OT

They've won once at OT ever, and that was a League Cup game in 1978. 12 meetings at OT since have been 10 wins for United, 2 draws, and since Watford were last promoted United have won all three at OT.

It doesn't bode well.

No Mitrovic for Fulham and City with KdB back and going full throttle with that line-up. This will be heavy.

Fulham give away the ball shockingly after four minutes - somehow not punished.
Fulham give away the ball shockingly after five minutes - 1-0 City.

How is that team in the PL?

Has there been a deader atmosphere at a ground so early in a game this season?

Even the Library is louder.

This match feels like the last day of the season for Fulham fans.

By that I mean the cheering whenever they pass the ball forward or make a challenge. Just happy to see their guys doing something rather than being nervous about the result.
