Can agree with this. De Gea is down at least 10% from last season, their defence is all over the shop and he isn't bailing them out as much any more. Mourinho has always been about a solid defensive plan while giving his star players licence to do almost whatever they want in possession, but the latter doesn't work without a solid crew behind them and even last season United's defenders were both individually and collectively better than this.

Yeah that's how I see it too. A solid defence with with superstars even if playing bland football can certainly get you somewhere.

Really hope United don't win this though! Chelsea haven't actually looked that great all game to be honest.

Agree, especially if we win later. Chelsea needed to be brought down a peg, they were looking too confident.
