They've won the title, I feel this is the story the league wants like Leicester so they'll get all the breaks now.

Funny to see arsenal get murdered but my god I can only imagine the horror that we fall upon mankind this spring when it's confirmed.

I doubt I'll be able to stomach it

good news from pool.
arsenal getting tonked, keeps the gap for us and assists with top four.
would rather pool win the title than man city (for non footballing reasons to be honest)

Oh look, Salah dives again and wins a pen. Not all contact is a foul.

And not all decisions for clubs you don’t like are unjust.

He did him with a bit of skill, got goal side and the defender clumsily knocked his legs without getting near the ball.

It’s a penalty.

How the fuck did we lose to Arsenal. They are absolutely shit at the back
the last two games we have played poorly and lost have had a CLEAR correlation....a tired team because of serious match pressure in the week leading up to the game. Caused by injuries and fixture congestion.

They're all so good technically Liverpool. Each and everyone of them. When you combine that with their pace, power and willingness to run you end up with a formidable modern football team. As it stands they fully deserve their place in the league and would be more than deserving champions. Unfortunately.
There is no doubting Kane is one of, if not the best striker in the world. But I do wish he was more mobile like Firminho. As much as I love our team I find Liverpool so much more dynamic then us. Really, they just need to buy another good defender and a back up striker and they are set up for years. I love what Poch has done with us, but Klopp for me has given Liverpool more of an identity. I just wish we could sort out our recruitment. We always seem to fumble around in the market.

Let’s face it, they have been very good going forward for a couple of years now. Even better last year.

As soon as they started to sort their defence and keeper out it was time to worry. They’ve also bought a couple of very good midfielders and a good squad played in Shaquiri and have found a couple of very good young players in Robertson and Gomez.

I don’t like them, but you can’t really argue with it.

Is it wrong of me to wish for a load of injuries in this game?
Not career ending injuries or anything like that, I'm not that evil...just season ending ones, lots and lots of them for both teams?
No, it’s normal

I take no joy in this result.

Such was the impact of the Wolves match. It sucked all the joy out of me momentarily.

Looking at it, 3-1 loss at home to Wolves, is actually quite embarassing.
It’s only the third time under Poch we’ve lost by two goals in the league. Terrible result

Arsenal are never getting back into this. So I can enjoy them conceding many more goals in the 2nd half!

Embarrassing???? Give me a break. This league is hard. Remember only a couple of weeks ago City and Chelski lost at home on the same day to worst teams than wolves.

It will return my friend. It's the year after year of hope you hold in your heart that always fades but it returns. This is my only antidote for the pain.

No team is faultless in the transfer market, but recently, their player recruitment has been exceptional. Whether it's big money players or cheaper squad players they are very good at identify players. Their front three is one of the best in the world.
