When we beat Prague can anyone confirm that our away leg with PSV will be on either the 12/13 of March in Eindhoven?

Assuming both clubs reach the next round how would I get a ticket to the PSV leg taking into account I havnt been to a European game this season and am not a season-ticket holder? By this I mean sitting in the Spurs end because I can get tickets for the PSV ends.
