Pretty embarrassing for the Welsh imo

I don't think Wales have anything to be embarrassed about right now tbh (apart from their loss to us, for which, frankly, they should be embarrassed).

I know you have a fierce dislike of them, but give it a rest. As painful as it is, they fully deserve to be where they are. A prime example of a manager who has a system, gets his tactics and subs spot on, and has created a strong and cohesive squad.

Are you watching, Woy, you old wanker.

Fair play to Wales

I thought they were great tonight

They were the inferior team but they fought hard as a unit and created chances

Such a contrast from the bs AVB style possession football with no purpose that England played, reliant on low probability long shots

England were completely disjointed - Roy picked a team based on players he wanted with no focus on team building and how they would complement one another and work as a cohesive unit

Great stuff for Wales, they have a real chance of making the final now

Our Kyle's not the brightest is he?

In all honesty there are times ive chatted to a Chica in fucking Noocastle for example, saying shit like oh how I wish I was with you and whilst I'm horny as fuck there ain't a cat in hells chance I wanna go.

I just say shit like that so I can get filthy naked pictures and wank away them just chill on the couch with no risk of that post sex cuddle malarkey.

I bet Kyle was doing the same thing that fucker.

She is super hot tho.

Right. If Robson Kanu declared for England and Roy took him to the Euro's there would have been plenty of questions asked.

It shows up the English system, the FA, the manager, the players etc... the very fact that we can't even get anywhere near Iceland with all these supposed Premiership stars and Wales reach the semi's with players who haven't even got clubs and Championship players

To be fair, it's a lot easier to have that "not afraid to fail" when there is very little pressure on you to succeed.

It's like Wilmots learnt nothing from the Italy game (or watched Wales play previously) who used exactly the same system to fuck them up three games ago.
BC I have read your posts and know for certain that although I may disagree with some of your onions, you do know of what you speak. And because of that I find it hard to believe that you held out hope that Wilmots would find a tactical solution to an on-field conundrum. Unless of course it was in the perverse "there is no way this dumbass will get caught out again by the same shit. There is no manager actually that bad" sort of way.

I would say expect Wilmots' resignation in "woy-time".

Oh, sure I completely agree. But I don't see how some players choosing to play for Wales, whether it be allegiance or they believe they aren't good enough for England is in any way embarrassing for us.

It's embarrassing for England that a group of players not good enough for England can perform so much better than they can

It shows how poorly the management has been, how poor team selection has been, how poor the rich multimillionaire players have been. What a shit and stupid decision the FA made hiring Roy in the first place and not to sack him after such a terrible World cup two years ago

There's plenty of reasons for English football to be embarrassed by the Welsh team showing them how a bit of organisation and hard work can achieve success when a bunch of far better, far more expensive players can lose to Iceland so pathetically

I don't see why it is remotely embarrassing for Wales that their goal scorers are English born, they have direct Welsh heritage and are proudly representing the Welsh nation

I hope they beat that collection of egos, cheats and just plain outright ****s otherwise known as Portugal in the semi-final.
I just hope whoever wins that gets murdered by whoever they play. If the Welsh tried being friendly to us English once in a while, I might root for them, but as that won't ever happen, I'll root for their opponents.

Well done Wales. Absolutely damning for England having our best tournament results for the last 50 years matched by Wales, and they're not even finished yet. Oh and FUCK OFF SAVAGE.

Got to say I'm warming to savage. 100 times more passionate about his nation than any English commentator. He is good value as a commentator, and has the right blend of passion and humour.

Mate, I said this after his first game this tournament (I was saying it after his first game at the last WC too):

Wilmots needs to be sacked tonight.

I said this before Wales equalised:

There is absolutely no tactical cohesion to anything Belgium do without the ball, they just seem to rely on Witsel and Nainngolan running their bollocks off, last ditch arse sliding by Alderweireld and the individual flair of the forwards. It's lottery football. I would imagine Wilmots does his press conferences from his car window too.

So believe me, I very firmly believed that where Wilmots and tactical epiphany were concerned there were two hopes, Bob and none, and Bob bit the sand trap on the 16th green years ago.

All the 'English' commentators are too busy wanking themselves silly over other teams. I think they really hate England, not just the footie team (who admittedly aren't exactly inspiring these days), but everything about our nation. They're probably under orders from their employers not to show any enthusiasm for anything English. Sorry, but Savage is a complete tosser who just won't give his mouth a rest, and I'd say that if he were English. He has the perfect voice for mime, and the sooner he's through with media work, the better.

That moment you realise Wales are making the euro finals. I mean, I've seen Portugal enough times this tournament to put a lot of money on Wales.
