Question regarding tickets.

One for those that go to game regular, or semi-regular. Is there a legal way, basically no touts, of getting any tickets for sold out games?

Was hoping to buy 2, for the old man, for the Bolton game. Didn't have the money to buy them at the time I checked and unfortunately they're sold out now. Curious if there's a possibility of getting a couple that have been returned if I ring the ticket office or something?

If someone could point me in the right direction, if there is one, that'd be fantastic

There's the ticket exchange on the official website where people with season tickets who can't make the game can sell them, but it tends to be single seats...
