The good will, and significant defence of these players for not winning anything in the last couple of years is seriously going to wear thin if they manage to throw this away. I really hope I'm being overly pessimistic but we've seen this squad fall away late on before and I can see it happening again.

Overreaction maybe, but you can't honestly claim that we should not have put top four out of sight by now? We've let Chelsea creep back in and have a credible shot at fourth. That in itself is disappointing. The players have made hard work for themselves unnecessarily. I don't see the use in denying that.
