We now have to show we can do what Leicester and Chelsea did the last 2 seasons- and finish off the job ( top 4, rather than champions unfortunately) by winning games that we should expect to win under a degree of pressure to do so.

Hopefully will be a good experience that the players can call upon, when it actually comes to the real possibility of winning a title.

I don't think the pundits have really picked up on the fact that Liverpool are most under pressure right now. If Chelsea beat Liverpool, then Liverpool are probably going to need a win on the final weekend to make CL.

I was watching for this reason. Even if it had finished at 1-1, United would have had to have lost 2 out of 3

The motive of 3rd is still there at least to stop us looking over our shoulder and enter that nervy finish to a season we've seen before

Let’s say we draw with Watford, as a worst case, just can’t see us losing. We’d be 3 pts ahead of chels better gd with 3 to play. If Chelsea are main threat and they beat pool, would actually mean we’d be 3 pts off pool with 2 games in hand. As said a million times the fact chelsea play Liverpool massively works in our favour.

Sorry yes but we still need 2wins and a draw or two draws, or something out of every gave. If we were to load against Watford at home it would be panic stations as that is one of those wins! As I said before I don’t want to go to go to West Bromwich needed a result. They are on fire at the moment. Chelski are brushing teams aside and haven’t put a foot wrong since they lost to us. At that point w lot of people on here said job done! And it seems the manager and players did also. They were wrong. Like I said and still say Watford game is now a must win!

The nearest pub showing football is about 4 miles away from here and there are not too many cars about in the local boreens but worse than that I take a minimum of 11 tablets daily for various maladies.

I was also a binge drinker, probably just about escaped being an alky, I used to drink about 12 pints a day during the week and more at weekends. So it ain't a great idea for me to be in a pub.

So there is a health aspect and a wealth aspect too, I have a very, very limited income and have to put food
on the family table first before anything else.

I do very occasionally nowadays have 3-4 bottles or tins but have to skip the meds as they don't mix.

The lead was never 13 pts. And the 2 pts is a false picture because of the game in hand. We’d have to lose 2 of the 4 assuming Chelsea won all three. We’ve lost 1 of our last 16 to city. We’ve lost 1 all season to a team outside top 6. We’ve only lost twice at Wembley all season to Chelsea and city. It really would have to be some shocking turn around in our form all season to screw this up.

Fuck sake, the importance of the win over Chelsea wasn't the ten points it was clear space which we needed going into the game against City, had we lost to Chelsea we'd have had to beat City. It wasn't about ten points or seven points it was putting ourselves to be where we are now, lose to Watford and we are still ahead of them, it is all in our own hands.
I wasn't worried at ten points and I am not worried now.
