City win for me. It’s good to be ambitious but I doubt we’re gonna win the title this season. Rather keep Utd out of the top 4.

I doubt we will win the title either, but the only chance we would have is if results go our way. United nicking a point helps give us a hope however slim, and it doesn't mean they gain as they will drop an extra 2 points from last season and over this weekend

Chelsea and Arsenal games will both be very open. Will be very much you have a shot we have a shot. I suspect will just come done to who is more clinical on the day and a degree of luck.

So annoying that when we’re getting so many points away from home (9 more than city so far in 2018), our home form is handicapped by not having a proper home! If we were at WHL this year, we could be topping the league!

I just think (more so in the away NLD) that's it about whether we will show up or not though. It will only be such a type of match, as in you have a shot and we have a shot if we actually perform and have some flow to our game. I won't forget that NLD at the Emirates last season where we went in as almost favourites and Arsenal defence was a real issue and we just didn't show up at all.

Hope utd win today, I still see us being in the title race even if others don't. Would be good to see city pegged back.

Wanyama is a better player. he needs a run of games

Wanyama WAS a better player but I’ve not seen that player for more than a season now.

Although I do hope that we get to see the Wanyama of old again but I’m not very confident that he will ever get back to his best, sadly.

I do think we have an uphill struggle this year, Liverpool are unbeaten and have streaked away from us (3pts) Chelsea are unbeaten and have been outstanding this season and so have left us floundering in their wake (1pt), Arsenal are really back to their best and might be able to close the gap a little (4, 3 or 1pt) behind us, Man City are the ones to watch, they are currently 3 points clear and may actually make it 5 points by tonight.
If only we weren't so shit.:)

A great weekend for us. Amazing effort really to be in this position after the schedule and the run of injuries

Let's hope our lads play as few mins as possible in the international break. I really hope the club are asking about resting HK again. When we come back we should have a fit Erikson and Sanchez, Alli at 100% and Vertonghen, Rose cannot be too far off

Amazing to think that despite not playing anywhere near our best with injuries and some players out of form, that we are still in the mix for a CL position amazing.

Poch is doing a stellar job managing this team and the players, don't think people realise how much work he's putting in with the squad in order to get results.

I think you would have to be blind or stupid not to see it amazing as well was that there was some posters here who wasn't bothered if he left a few weeks ago, all I can say is what the fuck is wrong with them.
His work deserves a trophy preferably a league title but that I know is wishful thinking however he is the best thing to happen to the club in 30 year's he has to be kept at the club.

What struck me after the result yesterday was the genuine affection that our players have for Poch, and how he encourages them to get that extra 5% that gets us over the line in these sorts of games. He has obviously worked hard on Sissoko to instil some confidence and defiance in him, and it showed yesterday. Some of the players seem literally prepared to run through brick walls for him.

I think with the lack of transfer activity a lot of opposing fans and of course the 'experts' expected us to fall away this season, but we seem to be the turd that won't flush away!

The players do seem to have genuine respect and affection for him and like I say really the hard work needs to manifest itself with a trophy they deserve it.

I think in his book he mentioned that he wouldn't take a player off soon after a mistake as that would ruin his confidence. He also doesn't tell his players off in public like Maureen does, and even Pep was very animated in his end of match talk with Sterling.

Poch is so classy in dealing with all people. Hope next time, no one berates him for not making substitution early.

Even he’s said he’s never worked as hard as this season.

Maybe if he’d worked this hard when Leicester and Chelsea won the leagues is all I can think about that. Harsh though.

We've arguably had easier away games than home games, but I echo your sentiment. I am confident we'd have beaten Liverpool at the old WHL.
