Wow, hitting the festive period is the last time you want new injury concerns.

Bound to see fatigue and more injuries now. Fixtures coming thick and fast will take its toll.

Loose VvD and they will be a very different team.

I just hope we don’t under estimate Burnley after Tuesday night. It would be so like THFC to have a poor result after the euphoria of Tuesday.

Agreed but it is a potential ? skin.

They'll sit deep and make it tough. Did they grind out a 1-1 at Wembley last season... Wood scored late on?

I don't think they're quite as good last season, so providing we're focused it should be a routine win.

Two big games coming up after Burnley so not expecting a thrashing.

Yeah they did. But you have to take into account that we were still feeling out Wembley and lost our game management in the last ten with Trippier caught upfield. Show a bit more cleverness and we'll win.

Also they’ve got Hart in goal, so any decent shots from 20 yards to his weak left-hand side should go in.

To tell the truth, I haven’t really seen them this season to know if they are the same side as this year.

All I know is that this weekend is a fabulous opportunity to pick up points on Man City and Liverpool as they have relatively tricky fixtures for once.

Burnley aren't the same this year, even Palace scored two past them. They're still blocking shots galore but they're conceding a lot more shot attempts and a lot more goals. Nowhere near as solid as last season and I really think they might go down if they don't sort it out.

Trent now out for 2-3 weeks. So they are down to lovren Vvd Robertson Moreno as out and out defenders. Guess likes of Milner Fabinho can fill in.
