Win on sat and fuck it im giving us an outside chance. Pressure on city and pool. Pool play west ham (who are due a decent result) away on Monday.

I know we hate them, but West Ham away is never a banker. Especially after the results of the last couple of nights. Arsenal could very well get a draw at City, though with their defence maybe not.

All that matters first though is us beating Newcastle, who will no doubt be high after beating City themselves. Nothing is easy in this league, however this squad has a resilience about it this season even more so.

We just have to keep grinding out results to put the pressure on. The others will drop more points for sure. We'd have been kicking ourselves if we hadn't got the winner tonight and imagine where we'd be if we had put away some chances vs Man U etc.

But we have a tougher run in than the others so we still only have an outside chance if we manage to close the gap

If we had beaten United, which we totally would of deserved, and Kane wasn't injured I think we would of pushed the other two all the way.

18 wins already, the year we came 3rd to Leicester we only won 19 all season.
Us, Liverpool and City are all going to end up on pts that would normally win the league in my opinion. Really hope we can at very least can somehow keep this group together for first season at new stadium, doing all this in league whilst not having a home is extremely impressive.

The Liverpool players will be tired by the time they run out to the pitch from the locker rooms. West Ham players are used to it, so it won’t be a problem for them.

I’m sticking with my initial prediction that the top 4 will be the same as last season with the goons and chavs missing out. Very much doubt Sarri is at the chavs next season.

Good to see the Ruskie wasting a small fortune firing his managers.

When you consider how "amazing" Liverpool have been this season, and how many unique injuries we've had to key players, it's pretty incredible we're only 7 points off them.

I don't believe we will win the title this season, but it's frustrating to think what might have been if for once we'd had a kind season where injuries are concerned.

Newcastle is always a hard game and they’ve another day’s rest on us. Today was a hard game so the early kick off on Saturday might not be ideal. Poch has already said tonight Son was exhausted and llorente looked knackered too even before he scored the winner.

I expect Lamela, Lucas, Dier, Trippier all to come in.

So we can freshen it up a bit.

That’s true. Although I’m not sure how much I want to see trippier and Dier in the starting XI. Poch needs to get that right next time out.
