Finishing any lower than third would be embarrassing! Our 'rivals' are utter shite. They are spineless and quite honestly lacking in quality.

We are better than them by some distance in my opinion. Injuries and the world cup have made it closer than it actually is. Otherwise we would have 10-15 points of daylight.

I'm a head of year in a secondary school where football is religion. As you can imagine the kids are all scum,Chelsea and utd fans. When they lose I absolutely rinse it for all it's worth. I do assemblies with the table displayed on a huge screen or play clips of the goals they concede.

If I’m not mistaken, 5 points would all but guarantee us CL due to our advantage in goal difference, assuming both arsenal and Chelsea win all their remaining games. If Man U win all theirs, then 5 points does guarantee us CL because that would put us out of reach of Chelsea (from whom Man U would take 3 points), plus Man U couldn’t catch up to us.

Yep. It’s certainly possible that we could win 1-0 and draw the others, with Arsenal and Gooners winning by big margins, but it’s unlikely.

Given the form of the teams behind us, one win will probably be enough. 4 from 9 would probably be enough too.

Just underlines what a massive goal that was from Eriksen yesterday. Firmly in the driving seat and it takes the pressure off.

A draw or loss would still leave us in the driving seat, but a win would be huge in terms of the CL. Depending on how results go, Huddersfield and Everton could be dead rubbers, allowing us to go all out in the CL.
