A Crystal Palace fan has been banned from football for three years after making a racist gesture toward Korean midfielder Son Heung-min during a Premier League match at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium in north London in May last year.

Here lies the problem. We are told there is no place in football for racism but he first gets a fine and CS and is now banned for 3 years. This fool should have been banned for life and this should apply to all even any Spurs fan who decides to be a fool.
It's exactly the same thing with FFP. There are clubs that have been caught out but they have the money to make sure they don't get punished to a point that would hurt their PL position.

All the time, effort, and resources taken to find and prosecute this man only to give him a measly punishment and send the message that racism is semi-tolerated. Absolute fucking joke.
