1st Half: Despite the early goal we gave away, we could and should have gone into the break leading, if we, especially Son, was more clinical. Personally I didnt think we played badly considering that its Barcelona at the Nou Camp

2nd Half: I dont like us losing but if we are to lose it should be always like this, fighting and giving our all. We didnt disgrace ourselves today and I can say we left the Nou Camp with our heads held high. Wasnt enough but well done lads COYS

Sorry, I wrote the above in the 83rd minute thinking we had lost and Inter-Milan had drawn! Good draw and very good performance. Again Spurs arise!

My MOTM undecided as I will have to watch the game again

[Edit] Having re watched the game I am giving a team effort rating

(Hopefully we will play Champions League in our new Stadium this season after all!!)

Despite his miss and a few dodgy final balls, I thought Rose did well. Still think he is our best full back. Was really impressed with Lamela when he came on. Was excellent in the hole between midfield and attack.

MOTM probably Lozano ?

What. A. Performance! All of them tens. Rose gets an 11. First time I've seen the Old Rose back!

Rose for me. Consistently threatening, making good runs and decent defensively too. Back to his best and really showed what a difference a good full back can make to the team.

Early vote for Rose is very very very surprising tbh.
You think so? He wasn't perfect - terrible finish and a couple slightly dodgy moments - but overall he was really good tonight.

The way Lamela broke the lines and found space when he came on was a game changer, but still 10/10 for every single of the them (including Llorente)

Sissoko for me. Magnificent performance. What a transformation.

Tricky Winks and Rose both played very well as well but I can’t choose a man of the match I can’t keep giving it to Mo Sissoko every game can I?

Also our CB were very good

Lloris 7

KWP 5 good going forward good block but bad mistake and looked shaky at times
Toby 7
Verts 8
Rose 9 MOTM strong in the tackle and offered a good attacking option - what we've been missing all season in a full back

Winks 7 tidied up nicely but needed to provide more going forward
Sissoko 8 an absolute machine, super human fitness. Looks as good at RB as CM

Eriksen 8 looked class, pullled the strings
Alli 6 ineffective
Son 7 our main threat first half but faded and should have scored

Kane 7 great assist tried without little output mostly

Subs
Moura 8 threatening and took goal well
Lamela 7 got in great positions but needed to make more of them
Llorente N/A

I thought the whole team did brilliant today, even KWP after reviver from his mistake.

MotM Sissoko. I have slated him loads but he is just getting better and better. Sometimes you need a Duracell bunny in midfield and it was him, and Winks, but Sissoko was brilliant to the end.

We have really tried to fcuk this campaign up but we still qualified. Over the fcuking moon.

He was nowhere near MoTM good IMO, made some tough tackles in the game and was definately his best performance in a long time. Wasted some great opportunities attacking to deliver and gave the ball away more than anyone else.

Thought Harry was fantastic today, hold-up play, movement and awareness were different class.

Midfield 3 worked their socks off.

Lloris - 6.5, KWP 6, Rose 7, Toby 7, Vertonghen 7, Winks 7, Sissoko 7.5, Dele 8, Eriksen 8, Son 6.5, Kane 8. Subs: Moura 7, Lamela 7, Llorente 5.

On reflection Ive given Rose MOTM but I nearly took it away after that shocking miss.

He can share it with Sissoko. Guy is a fucking monster.
