Absolutely pathetic post .

What do we all think of Kane’s performance ? I can’t help but think if the World Cup
Hadn’t been on he would have had another 5-10 goals this season

Fantastic dropping deeper and made some amazing passes but not as sharp as he could have been around the box I guess!

Dele's performance was infuriating. No urgency, poor passing, slow, too many touches, too many poor touches. Marginally better in the second half but should've been taken off.

Trippier, just terrible defensively still unfortunately. Did he stop a single cross from coming in? Rest of the game he passed it sideways and backwards 99.9% of the time.

Sissoko was great
Eriksen very good

The rest good performances.

@Hoddse what exactly is wtf about my post eh?

Kane could have done a bit better with a couple of chances and did lose the ball a bit against their CBs.

He was still great but lacked a bit in front of goal.

Lloris.......7.......Didn't do much because he didn't have much to do.
Trippier...6.......More to do than Hugo but he still didn't do much
Sanchez...7......Did what he had to do.
Toby.........7+...Controlled the pace of what everyone else had to do. Sound.
Rose.........7......Tried to do quite a lot but didn't do it.
Sissoko....7.......Much ado about not too much. Usual strengths and faults.
Winks.......7...... Busy doing something, working the whole match through.
Erikson.....8......MOM. Didn't he do well?.
Son...........7+.....To dare is to do and he dares and does.
Dele..........6+....Done better as the game went on but something's missing.
Kane.........7.......Doing more for less goal reward.

Poch gave them the chance to put wrongs right and with help from a very poor team they did.
Clean sheet, back into second,,no injuries, not too much energy expended.
Dull after 25 minutes but 3 points. Daylight robbery all round.

Lloris 7 nothing to do

Trips 6 average
Sanchez 7 solid
Toby 7
Rose 7 some key headers

Sissoko 8 all over the pitch
Winks 7 average

Alli 5/6 poor passes that lost us possession and didn't add anything to the attack
Eriksen 9 MOTM class goal and class playmaking
Son 8 ran out of speed but was on par with Eriksen in the 1st half

Kane 8 selfish and tired towards the end but great touch in build up to our first goal. Hold up play today and recently has been invaluable

Poch 6 make subs earlier!!!!!

I was watching Winks closely today. He was always available and kept it moving with simple but logical and accurate passes. He definitely allows Eriksen to get further forward where he can do damage. I was trying to think of which ex Spurs player he most resembles in style . Last season I thought he regressed slightly and was wheeling around in circles too much a la Scott Parker. But now I think his game has improved so much that the player he most reminds me of is the great Steve Perryman. Hopefully he will go on to have a long and distinguished Spurs career close to Stevie’s .

You know when I said there's a reason I omit Dele from some of my starting line-ups....

Anyway, he knows he had a stinker and was pissed off with himself when he came off.

He needs to learn to just do the simple things when his game is off.

Applied himself well throughout, though, and didn't let it demoralise him or slow him down.

Eriksen and Sissoko main men for the day but everyone played well, Rose was a massive improvement on Davies.

I must've watched a different game if you thought Shitoko was any good ! He back passed, lost the ball or passed to a marked player as in 'get rid' . The 'shot on goal' rugby conversion. Wouldn't want to rely on him to score. But rightly Alli had a bad game.

i had to give this a laugh emoji...seriously what else can you do :ROFLMAO:

I gave it to the Dane. If only for the goal. That was so sweet and audacious - really only world class players who have all the time in the world compared to us lesser mortals can do that.

A nice way to blow off the cobwebs after the Wolves fiasco and get back to winning ways. No one knows how important these 3 points are as the bindippers are sure to have a blip sometime. Please!!!!

I thought 'Shitoko' ;) did really well and on another day he would have beaten Eriksen just on his all round play, energy and making some key tackles in the game. Kane very close behind these two; he is growing in stature with his assists and is becoming a complete player. Now we know why he likes the No 10 on his back. He's the English Bergkamp or Socrates! The man is fucking awesome.

Plaudits to Son, Hugo, Toby, Sanchez and Broadway Danny Rose. How was the last minute header at the far post not one by a man totally committed to the cause? I thought Tripps, Winks and Dele were a little subdued. All in all, a very good day at the office lads (y)

i find it amazing that for a player of his age with his stats, there still seems to be a lot that he can improve on. With the ability that he has, id like to see him smashing teams like Cardiff all over the park as the great players (Messi, Ronaldo etc) tend to do rater than flouncing around as he did for much of the match last night.
