Good 2nd win and we haven't conceded any away goals to date.

Good steady debut by Sanchez.

Easily should have been at least 6 goals

Saying that I went on record saying that I would have been happy with a draw before the game, shows how much I had over estimated Everton!

Never was worried by Sissoko starting in the middle like alot on here as I knew Poch knows best

Spurs must learn how to kill off games further up the pitch

Eriksen my MOTM although there were other credible contenders

Excellent performance

There was a lovey balance in midfield with Eriksen dictating play, Dier anchoring, and Sissoko pushing forward. The latter put in his best performance for us since City at home last year.

Davies was also brilliant, and the three at the back looked so strong. Especially like Toby and Jan providing passing and vision from their centre-right and centre-left positions

Only complaint was Alli fluffing that chance by trying to be too fancy. He'll need to get his edge back for Dortmund.

Sissoko played very well, but my dear he lacks a final touch of quality - messed up every opportunity for a goal or assist slightly.

Eriksen shows so much composure even when everything around him is moving at 100mph - excellent game today. I thought Davies did really well also and a special shout to Sissoko who whilst he couldn't finish caused all sorts of mayhem in the middle.

Edit: Also a nod for Dier who I thought did really well with his positioning today.

++ Davies

+ Kane, Sanchez, Eriksen

<> Lloris, Trippier, Toby, Jan, Dier, Sissoko,

- Dele

-- n/a

NET: Dembele, Son, Winks

...........

Sanchez marked up because it was his starting debut - he deserves an extra credit for looking so comfortable with so little integration time. Seemed to give Jan and Toby more time either side of him. Very good.

I'm being a bit generous to Kane, but 2 goals is 2 goals. And I'm being a bit harsh on Dele, but he was a bit of a bimbo today at times.

I'm sure some will mark Sissoko down, but he was a pain for them in the first hour, and his off-the-ball work was good. As such I'd rate that a par performance for what he was asked to do.

He's banned for our first 3 CL games

Couldn't split Kane and Eriksen but ended going with Kane. Not just the goals, but his all round play was excellent. Looks to have his confidence back.

Eriksen is a maestro.

Dier was excellent in midfield. Snuffed out the few flames from Everton that presented and used the ball really well.

Davies looks a completely different player to the one who was roasted by Mane last season. His improvement has been excellent.

Sanchez looked assured on debut, but there will be sterner tests to come.

And everyone else was good.

Decent performance all round.

Davies my man of the match. Brilliant all game and provided an attacking outlet off the left that we exploited numerous times.

Voted Sissoko. Because expectation (from some fans) was that he can't even kick a ball. So to play well is a better achievement than anyone else.

Hopefully we'll get off his back and let him play. Although i doubt it.

Will be hard for Alli to get the edge back sitting in the stands for his suspension...

Hard to choose between Eriksen and Davies for MoM, splitting hairs but decided Eriksen. An all round good team performance. Thought Sanchez looked composed although he never had much to do.

Problem is Baz most people have already nailed their colours to the mast.
Typical luck that he went off injured, probably be out for a few weeks and everyone will conveniently forget today.

Lloris - 6.5 - Not much to do, loses 0.5 for nearly costing a goal with a dodgy pass.
Tripper - 7- Some nice interplay and one twos down the right, defended steadily.
Alderweireld - 7.5 - Did what he had to do well.
Sanchez - 7.5 - It's certainly too early to rate the guy either way and there will be tougher tests than that for sure but he looks assured with he ball, he's quick and good in the air.
Vertonghen - 7.5 - See Toby.
Davies - 8 - Rose isn't a shoe in when he returns, provided a threat down the left all game and defended well.
Dier - 7 - Much better than recent showings. Seemed to be half a yard quicker in body and mind.
Sissoko - 7 - He was a pain in Everton's arse.
Eriksen - 8 - Provides some brains in an otherwise brain-light midfield.
Alli - 6 - Stop flapping your arms around and moaning, you're not Robbie Keane.
Kane - 7.5 - Took his second nicely, all round play was decent.

One of our most complete away performances, utterly dominant and very strong game management. 9/10, if we'd take chances it would've been 10/10 game and 5/6-0.

Lloris - 6.5 not much to do, one sloppy pass

Trippier 6.5 solid, didn't get forward as much as Davies
Toby 7 did well especially after being on a yellow so early on
Sanchez 8 what a debut!
Jan 7.5 did well, carries the ball out so well
Davies 8.5 MOTM 2 assists and threat all game whilst still solid

Dier 7 one of his better games to date, confidence was back
Sissoko 7 one of his best games for us since city at home last year, worked very hard and unlucky not to score

Eriksen 7.5 good goal and usual creativity
Alli 7 some moments of magic, some silly decisions

Kane 8 - 2 goals and brilliant hold up play.

Poch -9 set team out perfectly.

It seems a consensus that Ali was our worst performer today
