Thought Aurier had a really good game and Eriksen pulled his socks up for the first time this season.

Davies was pathetic. Constantly miss placing passes then moaning with Robbie Keane arm waving. Always somebody else's fault. He never gets better when he starts poorly and I have always questioned his mental strength.

Dier is in a terribly vain of poor form. Needs to be dropped. Time for that new sign8ng to start?

Poch had another mare. Despite all the things to be grateful for, things at the club aren't going well and IMO it all stems from the bottler Levy.

Vorm 6 - No blame for the goal. Could blame him for the ridiculous playing out from the back in the first half, but I won't.

Davies 6 - Constantly played into bad positions by his teammates. Defended fine but was terrible on the ball.
Vertonghen 6 - Constantly played into bad positions by his team mates. A mixed bag, but more good than bad.
Sanchez 6 - Constantly played into bad positions by his teammates. A mixed bag, but more good than bad.
Aurier 7 - One of his better games. Not perfect, but good enough.

I don't get what we were trying to achieve playing out like that. There was literally no out ball for Davies when he got it. It's hard to see what the front lot are doing from the live broadcast, but I can't imagine it was helpful. We're bad at it most of the time when pressed, but we don't seem to learn from it. Second half there was a decent adjustment, but we'll probably go back to square one next time.

Dier 5 - Contas….Actually doesn't help himself when he gets the ball.
Dembele 6 - Didn't look for the ball as much as he should have. Still decent.

Lamela ? - Don't know what way to go with this. He was dreadful first half. Second half he was better and caused them problems, but was very wasteful and his work-rate was poor. I'll give him a six because we were playing better with him on, but that was partially down to a lack of option from the bench.
Eriksen 7 - Better, but still not great.
Son 5 - Dreadful technically and effort wise. Was he taken off for fitness reasons?

Kane 5 - Obviously should have scored. Got into better positions than the previous games, but he's still no where near who he normally is.

Lucas 6 - Bright but wasteful.
Winks 5 - Him coming on changed the game, but I don't blame him for that. I do blame him for not doing anything when he came on though.
Rose - N/A

Poch has had a rocky month but a wonder strike completely fucked us

Some of the comments on here about a manager that has totally transformed us over the last few years is fucking embarrassing and makes me ashamed to be part of.

Vorm,0, don’t trust this guy. Gazza should start from now on if Hugo still out.
Aurier,6, perhaps should make him as a regular LB to replace useless Davies or Rose
Sanchez, 5, looked clueless today
Jan, 4. Same issue he faced in the Liverpool game. but I blame Dier and Dembele who again, didn’t show up to support him.
Davies, 0.just awful
Dembele, 4, he’s gone
Dier 0, what’s his fucking role in the team. Strolling on the pitch? no covering for our CBs. No awareness No support to the others

Almost there. I am getting used to it. Get back how I feel in Sherwood and late AVB's era.

Aurier, Eriksen and Lucas decent. Vorm did nothing wrong. Other players are as bad as Poch's subs (bar Lucas) and tactics. Levy is killing the club with lies.

Sorry but have to disagree with this. Why is it that he has to pass the ball to a full back every time and invite pressure? Very nearly cost us a game with Newport last year cause of this shit and he's now at in the champions league, goals not really his fault but you build confidence from the back and he drains it!

A lot of people slating Dier and Davies, and rightly so. Only one man responsible for them both still being on the pitch at the final whistle though.

It's clearly how he's being told to play though.

He's doing it because the manager is telling him to.

Very true.

On another note, if we have Lloris who is clearly a pro-active keeper then why the fuck do we have as second choice a completely reactive keeper in Vorm who stays on line ala Friedel?!

We can debate the merits/talent of Vorm until the cows come home (pun intended) but surely the pre-requisite would be someone who replicates what Lloris does and thus the defence know he'll play the same way rather than creating instability at the back.

I love Poch and I am certainly not advocating replacing him any time soon, but he has been without doubt the biggest reason we are struggling at the moment, and deserves all the criticism he's getting.

We play exactly the same way with Lloris in goal(?).

Although I agree Vorm did nothing wrong, the last few games shows he will cost us lots of points if we don't get Hugo back soon. On every set piece we concede, he just stands there, cemented to the pitch. I'm not saying Hugo would have saved them all, but I can guarantee he at least would get a hand on them.

When we have Lloris in goal the team play with confidence, with Vorm they don't. Poch makes the tacics, but there comes a time in a match when you need to get the ball out of your defensive third. The Inter players clearly targeted this in the first half.

Criticism yes but not all the crticism

Everyyone slating him for taking off lamela.. But no praise for his Lucas substitution which had inter all over the place.... Oh and if Lamela had put away his many chances we would have won before he was subbed

Everyone is a critic when we lose, the fact is we got done by a wonder strike from nowhere

Poch has a lot in the bank as far as I'm concerned I can say this as I have a memory.

The Lamela and rose subs were bizzare though.

I have zero faith in Vorm and he constantly lives up to my expectations it's almost like instead of football boots he wears plant pots he just plain refuses to come of his line 95% of the time.
Serge was v good tonight
Eriksen was better than last few games (not hard though to improve on invisible)
Harry worked harder tonight hold up was v good defensively excellent should have scored.
Davies = liability
Dier = dier (please stop trying so hard to live up to your name dude)
Lamela was v good probably should have put one away.

Lucas cameo excellent looked unplayable.

Rest = average.

Wonder strike might be pushing it slightly, but I know what mean. But the fact is we started to retreat and invite them on with over 10 minutes to go, the cracks where starting to show. Juventus might be able to sit back and defend a one goal lead, but this midfield and defence where never likely to hold out till the end.

I've seen plenty of games in the last few years where this exact same thing happens with Lloris in goal. Some ropey looking passes, teams putting the squeeze on us, and generally looking unconvincing and struggling to play our way up the pitch.

Joke is aurier played his best game but was at fault for both goals

If one of dembele dier winks was in position he doesn't score the first or probably even attempt the shot.

As for the winner tad harsh blaming aurier when that's yet another headed goal scored against us ?
We are a rather large side conceding this many headed goals is unforgivable.

Yeah, but isolated incidents in games. As I said earlier we nearly went out of the FA Cup to Newport last year because of Vorm's side way passing to full backs leaving them facing their own goal line.
