[EDIT] I have now had time to cool down and gather my thoughts

We should not have been chasing the game when we were 1-0 or when it went 1-1. They had to score, we didn't. Contain and hit on the break. They would have to score and would have opened up space giving us the opportunity to break. That is how we beat Borrussia Dortmund in the group stages. A repetition would have seen us gone to the quarter finals. I really do believe this. That's why I m so pissed.

I think our players to a man gave their all, so not criticising them. I leave my criticism to Poch plain and simple. Most of you have given him a free pass as we were both dynamic and dominant, but the way we lost the game in those few minutes is where we fell short, and not for the first time

Sanchez costs us that second goal getting dragged out like that, opens the space for Dybala.

It's the manner of the defeat that is shameful. The complacency to begin the second half, the failure to react to their changes, the lack of concentration for both of the goal, and finally Poch's unwillingness to make the necessary changes when we had to chase the game. We gave away the tie, and that is absolutely shameful no matter who we we're playing.

It's the hope that kills you.

Son MOTM.

Would have liked Rose to start in place of Davies, I don't think he's good enough going forward for the Champions League.

Tbh we won't get past the quarter-final or semi-final even if we defeated Juves

I know I am salty. But just let me to feel better.
Allegri is an expert in tactics. We really suffer to this type of manager every f**king time.

Eriksen and Son don't deserve the defeat today.

What can you say.

I thought we played well enough to win. Juventus played the percentage kept in the game and was more clinical.

That's been our greatest downfall this season not being clinical enough. I'd rather not scapegoat the players nor the manager. ...

I hope one day we get to footballs promised land.

OK, what comedian voted Davies?!

Son was our best player in the first half but struggled in the second (probably as a direct result of having the shit kicked out of him). I went for Eriksen who I thought was very good over the 90 minutes.

I’m giving none of them a vote. Total fucking embarrassing bottle job of a second half. Juve weren’t even fucking good, we just opened wide for them to fuck us in front of all our pals

On which universe did son and eriksen don't deserve the vote? Most of the team are poor, but your comment is too emotional. But I understand.

totally disagree with that post you brought in @Bulletspur

we never had chance to make the changes to react to theirs. they scored 2 pretty quick goals straight after making those changes

Allegri's tactical change won the match. It completely sucker punched us when we were growing confident after seeing out the first 15 of the second half. This had nothing to do with bottling anything.

And man, I hate that fucking b-word more than any other word in football.

Son my MOTM. Had so many chances he didn't take. Kane literally had a defender glued to him.

There is a certain element of luck you create for yourselves in a game like this. Once Juve determined the ref was not going to do a second yellow for anything short of murder they went to work and it worked. They were not great but we gave them both goals on a platter. Such an undue shame.

Neither Davies or Trippier is good enough to play at this level in matches like this. Half the board realized this and has been saying the same thing since August. We can't have them starting matches like this next season.

I'm fine with keeping Davies as cover for Rose or whomever we get as a starting LB next season. He's a good player who can fill multiple roles.

Trippier on the other hand needs to be sold. He offers absolutely nothing. KWP should be promoted and used as cover for Aurier next year.

Spot on. I think we really struggle against this type of manager. Our Kryptonite. To recall, Zidane is really more like 'Arry rather than mourinho or Allegri.....

Their defense got tight to Kane, but our defense did NOT do the same to Higuain

We played well, lads should be proud. Yes we have a minor issue with game management. Juve were cynical, and ruthless when required. Its something were slowly learning. Once we get over the line once, it'll happen more often. Poch needs to target the FA cup to help us with closing crunch games out.

Didn't think anyone was poor, however Davies, Son, Dier tired badly in the second. Poch could've been more on it in hindsight .

Eric Dier.......you are not a centre midfielder. One of the worst performances i have seen. Did nothing and slows the game down so much.

And dele alli...not good enough. I dont understand how he is undroppable.
