God, football can pleasurable. Eriksen on a different level to the rest of the game. Loads of great performances.

I’ve got a lot of time for this uber-aggressive Ben Davies clattering into tackles. He’s obviously been filling himself with some “shut the fuck up” juice.

If Moura can add a bit of brain power into our front 3/4, we might be on to something.

I'll give Alli an extra point for booting Sanchez for no reason other than to get a cheer from the biggest ever PL crowd. On that performance, they overpaid Sanchez by £599,998 this week.

I have no idea how to distinguish between the performances tonight - everyone was excellent.

'Plus' points for varying reasons; e.g. kicking another human being (not normally recommended).

Sanchez 8
Vertonghen 9
Davies 8+ [Monster tackles]
Dembele 8
Dier 8
Dele 8+ [GBH]

Anybody got chances created stats for Eriksen? I would check, but no idea where you nerds find these numbers.

Jan Vertonghen is the best defender in Europe and has been for at least 2 years in my view. He is just incredible and the consistency he has showed is fabulous. We are so lucky to have him.

For me 4 things came out of the game that we desperately needed to see
  1. Trippier back. On the front foot and wanted to own that bitch Sanchez (the Chilean variety). This Trippier is the reason I felt comfortable losing Walker. First half season Trippier was a wanker compared to this one. MotM for me with his runs into space and with the ball, on top of defensive duties. Massive massive massive improvement.
  2. Dele Alli running beyond Kane and bringing players into the game instead of going deep, picking up the ball and then running into someone. This Dele Alli gave us options. Beautiful to see.
  3. Dembele and Dier showing that they can own a midfield. These 2 can win us games but it needs attack and FBs giving options
  4. Davinson Sanchez... Been performing below the high standards he already set but damn he was sensational today. I accidently told my son that was Ledley King. Rolls Royce today.

Just here to give some more love to Ben Davies. Before the game I saw some talk of it being a shame that Rose was still not ready for a start, but I didn't feel like we missed him at all. Credit to Davies for that.

Think Ben Davies is quite underrated outside of Tottenham. We really haven't missed Rose in over a year, and Danny is one of the best in the world

It was fun voting because I struggled to decide between Trippier, Verts, Davies, Dembele, Eriksen, Dele and Kane.

Lloris, Sanchez, Dier and Son played well too!

His passing is always good, he takes so much responsibility and last night won tackles he had no right to- brilliant!

Went with Super Jan but could have been many players yesterday. Special mention to Eriksen for pulling the strings and could have got it. Thought Davies and Trippier played out of their skin and set the tone with lot's of aggressive tackling.

Davies has been so good of late and I really love his desire to throw himself into 50/50's. A player that goes under the radar but embodies everything in Poch's teams

Funny thing is Dembele getting booked early helped us because he stayed disciplined, didn't give away free kicks and others did his dirty work.

Trippier my pick today, sick of reading the knee-jerky bile spewed about him recently...thought Kane, Alli and Eriksen were fantastic.

Best silly yellow card Alli's ever had. Actually worth it! Lol.

Yep I was guilty of that, I like Trips but when I seen the lineups I feared the worst, glad to be proved wrong, he was immense last night.

I went for Kane, but it could have been any of them. But he gets my nod for the amount of work he put in. I bet all of the United back four were having nightmares when they switched off the lights last night. He ran them ragged.

What's amazing is the fact he was crap in front of goal last night but was still utterly brilliant. I can't imagine any other striker in the world having such a mare with their finishing but still being one of the best players on the pitch.

I’m not sure brain power is Moura’s strong point. He’s a pace and instinctual play type. He’ll give us something different and useful, but he will frustrate too, I reckon.
