Was Sanchez injured? Not heard anything anywhere apart from 1 post on here.If it was tactical it’s was a huge error by poch. The fact the only 3 games we’ve lost have been without Sanchez tell you everything you need to know.

It’s hard to criticize our players today. As many have mentioned, it so easily could’ve gone the other way. It was a smart tactical game by both managers, that was always going to be won by either something special (which would’ve been Dele’s Near miss) or a bit of a defensive lapse (martial). I wish we lived in a universe where we could see player ratings based on a win or loss in this game. I wonder how different some of the ratings would be? For example, I think Winks would’ve been praised to the hilt if we’d got the goal. Not that anyone has been harsh on him, but the praise has been fairly measured based on the loss.
Overall, I thought most of our play was good and disciplined yesterday. Sadly, it wasn’t until the last ten to twelve minutes that we switched off a bit. Which is a shame.

7 - Davies, Dier, Verts, Toby, Winks, Aurier, Jan, Son
6 - Eriksen, Sissoko, Lloris

And I 2nd everything you just stated man, the only reason Sanchez should have not started is an Injury, I do not Understand how we can see these stats but the Manager cannot see these stats, in 1 week we have been knocked out of the Carabao Cup and then we lost to Manchester United away, in both of those games Davinson Sanchez did not play.

Makes you wonder what are we really trying to do as a Football Club, are we trying to pacify the fans with the occasional win or the occasional buy of a good player, or are we not really giving a rats a$$, because as much as it is all good to say we are Tottenham Hotspur and we are a big club who aspires for bigger things, Something like the Carabao Cup, IDC how many competitions we are in we have to win that Cup or make a good showing.

That hurts my brain.

I Don’t mind Sanchez missing West Ham.The Guys had an intense schedule. But if he was fit there’s no question he should have started.

In terms of defending for the goal we lacked depth in defence on that particular occasion...one lay off beat the whole defence. Ashame because Dier was outstanding throughout the rest match in the middle of the three. Feel with the return of Rose we have cover enough to play two strong elevens per week
