1st Half - Competitive where we just about had the upper hand. Started slow but grew into the game. Very strange half where both Davies and Sissoko "our usual" scapegoats were our best players imo, and those that we expected to be on their game, so far haven't. Lamela I am talking about you

2nd Half - Much better by all but we got three points without being at our best and also without key personnel.

Credit to both Foythe and Sissoko as one of you should be MOTM but I am undecided for the moment. Actually I will give it to Foythe as the goal scorer.

Jon Moss is a ****. If he knew the players he would know that if Lamela stayed down something must be wrong.

They took him straight to the hospital but hope Coco will be okay soon

Foyth looked like he was the lead defender tonight. Fantastic performance. MotM.

I actually thought Sissoko and wanyama did alright today until the last 10 mins then I thought they faced a little.

Other than that, we were in control and looked more likely but then we score and all of a sudden we can't keep the ball. Again!!!

Give it to Foyth after his traumatic last league game.
Played well, with composure and scored the winner.

Toby played well too.

Sissoko did some great things (more great than not)

Foyth and Sissoko MoTM. Foyth scored a goal and reacted well to some mistakes, like that horrible kick from Lloris with his right foot or when Wanyama lost the ball (fuck you Moss). Sissoko deserved to get that assist for winning the ball and passing to Son and he was everywhere on the pitch the entire game.

Lloris 7- flapped at one cross, other than that solid. Big few saves too

Aurier 7- solid
Toby 8 - typical Toby, pay the man
Foyth 8 - happy for him , top prospect
Davies 7- solid

Wanyama 5- don't think he's fit

Sissoko 8- motm - what in the world, dude is taking that 2015 Leicester drug. He was everywhere, making great interceptions, covering full backs, bursting forward with the ball and playing some surprisingly crisp passing.

Lamela 6- weakest game of the season but still a lot of effort and our goal came from his corner.
Eyeball hanging out of his socket and the tin of spam Moss just let's play continue

Lucas 6- like lamela not his best
Dele 6- same, struggled against palaces organization

Kane 5.6- tough evening, lost the ball alot the few times he had a touch. But saying that got his head on the cross which lead to goal so a positive contribution

Son 5- didn't really get much of the ball

Moss 0 out of 10. Disgraceful 'perfomance'

Heavy Rain, wet floor, Palace pressing crazily, and Sissoko plays like Modric. This dude is crazy

We are going to win the league if everyday is a rainy day

Poor performance and a poor selection.
But 3 points so MP is vindicated.
Foyth MOTM because it is a great story,

Par - Everyone else
Bogey - Aurier (second half)
Quadruple bogey - Jon Moss, not fit to referee in the PL.

MS man of the match he was everywhere best spurs performance, Forth was very good.

I did think Auier going forward gave the ball away with sloppy passing a lot.

Foyth MOTM because it is a great story,

I don’t think we had anyone else to play, if Eriksen, Dier and winks were fully fit they would have started.

Without ball - Competed well and scrapped away. Kicked and headed away when needed. Keeper made some saves. We also had a bit of luck when required.

With ball - Utterly turgid. Half-arsed and played in second gear. Note to Messrs Alli, Lamela, Kane in particular, yeah there wasn't much space to operate in and it's hard. But it's a simpler game, and you play better football, when you release the ball quickly to the guy up in support of you rather than take another 12 fucking touches (and usually, tonight, lose the ball at the end of it).

Also on a general point - Poch has made that 'Winks for an attacking player' sub a few times now (Inter away being an example), and I don't like it. Signals to the team we're sitting back and absorbing even more pressure. Debateable if we can do that. If Palace striker could kick the ball anywhere but at the goalkeeper from point blank range........

Overall thought our back four + cm2 were solid and ground out the win. The front four were mostly crap.

And on that note, I'm off to enjoy the rest of my birthday weekend.

MS man of the match he covered Midfield and right back. He was everywhere best spurs performance? He did tire at the end, Forth was good. Auier terrible game, he is terrible going forward.
Really?! I must have been watching a different game
