really proud of some of our role players. Davies and Aurier were quality throughout and some of their crosses deserved to be attacked with more conviction.

Sissoko was stunning, not just with his physical prescene, but showed some beautiful one touch stuff. His best game by far for us.

Lloris desreves a lot of credit also for not crumbling after a near disastourous flap.

Finally really encouraged by Wanyama's performance. He tired down the stretch, but he showed enough that their is hope he can recover.

I wanted to vote for Foyth but couln't see him in that list (just some guy called Foythe, but I've got no idea who that is), so I ended up voting for Lloris instead.

So many squad players have stepped up. Been absolutely crucial after the WC. Everyone played a part in our great start.

Foyth for me, Sissoko a close second. Lucas and Dele good, and I thought Kane was good too. He works his socks off.

lots to be happy about here. But I would say that Sissoko's quite remarkable (and rather unexpected) improvement into a quality high-impact player is clearly a tribute to good coaching. He always had the physical and even technical skills, but he managed to make himself ineffective by his aimlessness. But he's obviously been well coached to push forward and develop the game in possession, and it sunk in, and success breeds success, and he's become an effective player.

yet another hard-fought, white-knuckle victory. But the weekend is made because we did it again, 7 from 8 away!

Yeah, I'd like to have watched slick attacking football too but they just sit back even at home and strangle the space.

Some good defensive performances out there and I thought Alli probed intelligently.

Speedy recovery, Erik.

MoM Foyth, showed good composure, character and was very quick on to the decisive header.

Foyth wins it for me, looked solid at the back and got the winner. Wanyama no where near his best, everyone else ok.

Sisokko at a canter for MOTM.

I know kane scored twice against PSV but he looks fucking busted. That drag back on Townsend as clear as indication as any.

He's fucking tired, needs a serious rest.

Perceptions are funny I thought that Wanyama has his best game for a long time, tailed off towards the end as he was tired, encouraging more than anything.

Lamela 6 (his worst game this season)
Kane 5 (zero movement)
Son 7 (looked more dangerous than the other 3 AMs)
Winks 6

Lloris 7 some poor clearances but made up with it with some good saves

Aurier 6 seemed to leave our right flank over exposed but Sissoko covered him
Foyth 7.5 Played well for someone his age and took his goal well. Was more confident with the ball V West Ham though
Alderwiereld 6 didn't see him do much of note defensively
Davies 7 Solid and one of his better games, lack of pace unexposed

Wanyama 6 without Sissoko would've looked off the pace, caught in possession a couple of times
Sissoko 8 MOTM full of running at both ends and some good cross field passes and dribbling
Alli 7 good play, lacked pace to trouble their fullback but some nice passes
Lamela 6 didn't have the space to work in

Lucas 7 probably our biggest attacking threat with his pace
Kane 6 quiet - needs a rest, hope he doesn't play both England games
Son 6 not much of an impact but a threat with his pace
Winks N/A

Spot on. Great to see our so called weak squad getting us through games when injuries, fitness and form are stopping us from playing at our best. Winning games I am used to us drawing or losing is a nice change
