We’ve lost all impetus whatsoever. Hope Jan can carry us through the last 3 games to secure CL football next season.

I got so bored during that game that I decided to do my match ratings in the style of Lionel Bart.

Overall, there were far too many Mr Bumbles and nowhere near enough Artful Dodgers, but special mentions for:

The Referee:

Oliver, Oliver, never before has a ref been so poor.

Trippier:

Consider Yourself well in.
Consider Yourself Man of the Ma-a-atch

Pochettino:

Do you have to pick Sissoko, do you?
Ohhh, do you have to pick Sissoko, do you?

And please, sir, can I have some Moura?

And a special guest appearance by Troy Deeney with 'Food, Glorious Food'.

Overall, what would I do to not have to watch that again?

I'd do anything.

Lloris and Jan very good today. God I wish Jan would've scored, nobody deserves it more than him after so many barren years. I've still never forgiven the ref who disallowed his goal v Sunderland where he was still inside our half when the ball was played.

Trippier was also good for 60 mins but poor for a few mins before the clash of heads and very shaky afterwards. Should've been subbed really.

Sanchez was decent, and most of the rest did little to credit themselves. Dembele and Dier were shockingly sloppy in possession and Son has gone into full pre-World Cup mode, shirking every challenge for fear of injury.

We seem to have completely lost our form since Chelsea away, but we’re still picking up points and that’s the main thing.

Kane still looks unfit and out of form, though he took his offside goal beautifully. He just needs something to click if he wants any chance of catching Salah up.

I thought Trippier, Vertonghen and Lloris were our better players tonight.

We were very poor, the players hoping just doing enough would get the job done, and luckily they were right. So many sloppy touches from everyone. At this stage of the season though, we’ve just got to stagger over the line.

We were absolutely woeful and didn't deserve to win that game so ratings should reflect that.

Nothing is more infuriating than us thinking we're Barca when we go 2-0 up. We start thinking we can ping it around for half an hour, when we need to take advantage of a side chasing the game and get a couple of more.

Kane is the only one with the correct mentality trying to get more goals, and ends up setting up Sissoko (the last person you'd want it to fall to) only for him to miss. If more people looked for the forward pass in the last half hour, rather than dancing around the edge of the box then giving giving it back to the centre circle, I would feel more comfortable knowing we are looking to kill off the game rather than waiting for the inevitable last 10mins of panic, as we lose our cool.

I don't know if it's the players or Poch's idea, but killing the game off isn't stat padding it isn't allowing ourselves to be comfrotable and increase confidence going into the final games.

Anyway Trippier and Vertonghen I thought were out best players today. Good to see Kane get back on the score sheet shame he couldn't get in the on off the post

Hugo, Trippier and Jan. In that order.

The rest were fairly meh. It's starting to feel like a long season and the players are playing like it too. They need to shake off the malaise because we are now in a really important part of the season. Especially since the chavs look half decent.

Not sure about that Cm at all. I think id like to see Eriksen or Lamela in there because there is no alternative at the moment . It's so laborious and 1 dimensional and has been since Winks picked up injury post City.

I think son has been fairly abysmal last 3 games. As has HK. But at least HK showed some glimpses of form in the second half. I.e. goal and nice pass to Sissoko who did a great impression of Andros.

Lamela Was a mixed bag in his cameo. Should have looked for the pass as opposed to trying to do it all solo. As a collective, the passing play was really boring and unadventurous at times. Sideways and backwards. Slowly.

Still, 3 points is 3 points. The only stat that truly matters. Must improve to.secure that 4th spot though.

I like the Watford coach. He had them set up well. If he had players that could actually hit the target it might help his cause.
