Hugo 8
Verts 8
Everyone else 6
Dembele 2 (and that's because 0 was to far away from the letter 'e', yes I'm that lazy)

Dembele was awful last night. At least one of the several times he sent a simple pass straight to a Watford player could and actually should have resulted in a goal. It got to the point where I was actually scared when he got the ball. An absolutely shocking performance, the worst player on the pitch by a country mile. The commentator said Trippier has 10 assists this season, which should bring Dembele's number into sharp focus. (I know they are different positions but fuck me)

Fantastic player on his day but even then it's only for the skill, the end product has always been lacking and we've lived on players who are fantastic on their day for too many years.

I find it odd that Lloris is getting som much credit. He was fine last night, but did he make a single exceptional save?

He just made routine saves from poor finishing by Watford players.

Has it got to the point where he’s so unreliable that just doing a compatent job is “outstanding”?

Not many positives to pick from old boy?

Just glad for the 3 points but weird game, only watched on TV but the players and crowd seemed subdued even to the extent of not really celebrating Deles' goal.

Felt like a friendly, which considering the importance of the game was very strange.

At least Lamela added a bit of energy to the team when he came on

he came about 6-8 yards out of the box to break up one chance. routine for him but at least half the prem keepers wouldnt have even tried.

...Trippier MOTM - he was unmarked on the right, but at least he showed some persistence and guile...
...that was our worst performance of the season bar Newport County - remember the drone?

The fact that there was only 50,000ish fans in a stadium that doesn’t have a great atmosphere when full certainty didn’t help. It really looked like 2 teams with nothing to play for

Glad we got that one out of the way. The atmosphere contributed to the performance. The fans were anxious, the players tentative etc. and the nervousness increased in what was essentially an error prone performance. Contrary to some opinions on here I thought Hugo made more then routine saves. A welcome return after some gash performances recently where all his good work was undone by silly mistakes. We need to build on this and beat West Brom. After this 38 away game season, the lads deserve top 4. They have earned it.

Oh yea Newcastle away was a shitter, I was there pal. Fucking waste of time money and emotion. Gutless performance.

@Spurs_Bear has answered his view he made, he is talking about the game it's self. he is not stating that we weren't enjoyable to watch, he was also including Watford played shit also, we just managed to nick 2 goals in a pretty uneventful game.

most of the games mentioned up to the post I've quoted were games that we were totally shit, and the ops embarrassed us. I've seen more entertaining 0-0 matches than what Monday nights match produced.

Terrible game. Bad weather and we were away from home. Watford game still wins for me all in.

No way, shit game, terrible performance, 1 point. At least Monday's game we could cling the solitary* life raft of three points at a vital time. And Southampton really needed points too, unlike Watford, who couldn't give a shit.

*if we don't include the Dnny Alvesesque performance of Trippierinho obviously

The only live wembley match I've seen this year (mate's season ticket, great view) and it had to be that one! If I'd paid I'd want a refund. Trippier and Verts good, Loris good saves pretty rubbish distribution when the ball is on the floor. Lamela is missing a foot (right one). Everyone else meh. I left before Sissoko's miss that would have been just too depressing. My mate says his season ticket could cost £1900 next season.
