Zokora and Diarra would be a perfect central midfield, and would be suited for the Premier League style of play. Two tough and agressive players with pace and vision.

This is the bit i like...typical spin from SK.
Out of that sentence the only words that are could be construed as correct, to my mind are:
Two
and
players
with pace

You're right Spursking, he's a magnificent playmaker. Always probing with clever passes, incisive balls through, dribbling past men.

Can't believe you lot can discredit SpurKing, he's been following this guy closely for years now. A lifetime of scouting effort. He's his number 1 pick which should be good enough for the great unwashed.

My point is: He has the attributes and the qualities a good playmaker has. I know that he did not have that role at Lyon and now at Real, but that was due to the other players at the Club. At Tottenham, we need a player type like him. Therefore he would suit that playmaker role. What a good player he is.

This is ridiculous. He has never taken the playmaker role in his entire career, yet you know he has the attributes to become one?

Last week you were recommending a right-back who plays left-back for the worst club in Ligue 1, a side which would struggle in the Championship, let alone the EPL, and one you can have seen no more than four times, because that's how many times Metz games have been televised this season.

Diarra sucked in the Bremen matched last night. Just one game that I have seen him, but that performance was abysmal.

I think I read Guti used to have a transexual girlfriend (or boyfiend I suppose).

I heard that as well. I also heard it referenced in quite a funny quote, something along the lines of 'Not since Guti discovered his girlfriend was a trans-sexual have players battled so hard to avoid going down'.

diarra has all the attributes to be a top class goalkeeper! pace, power, big hands, good dribbling technique, gloves. i rate him as a number 1 choice+, the highest rating possible!

Again, I am suprised that some of you really don't rate a player with a huge talent. I wonder what you really are looking for in a player, really....

Diarra is one of the best midfielders and made Lyon one of the best clubs in Europe together with his great team-mates. After that, many players left, and Lyon are no longer the same team, and I do not rate them that higly now as before.

They are still a great team, but nothing compared to the great midfield of Malouda, Diarra, Essien and Juninho. A better midfield than that is hard to find, and the fact is that Scoutingmanagement have recommended Malouda (at Guingamp), Essien (At Bastia), and Diarra (At Vitesse Arnhem) years before they joined Lyon.

I think you'll find most people rate Diarra highly. However, they rate him as the kind of player he is and not as a playmaker.

And 'Scoutingmanagement' does appear to have recommended every black player on the planet at some point. Its credibility might be improved if it were a tad more selective.
