i blame stoof, berbatov seemed to stop scoring once he put him as his avitor, think he jinxed murphy too, if hudd gets shit stoofy should die or be banned from this site whichever is easier.

To be fair, Murphy scored the next week. Berbatov hit top form and now the Hudd will take over the entire planet.

So screw you, hippy.

All good reasons, but you have all issed the point, Bush and Maclaren are responsible for all of these things.

And I know it is in the wrong place but I don't care... but I cannot believe that Barwick has backed the red faced moron at fault for England.

tough choice but i say the players have let us down. even when its not goin well and extra bit of commitment would still have turned dissapointing draws into wins and losses into draws

basically - all of the above - but I went bought the wrong players as main reason

it was soooooooooooooooooooo obvious to many of us that we needed an experienced quality mid - for me preferably of the battling kind - and unfortunately hindsight has shown we also needed a keeper and centre back too - now those weren't so obvious to many of us, certainly weren't on my main campaign list - though I did say pre-end of window that in an ideal world we should buy them

anyway the need wasn't spotted by the relevant parties, we bought potential and nothing wrong with that - but we needed experience too

i think its obvious really...the reason we are in the bottom four is that we do not have as many points as the teams not in the bottom four...

If Robinson was playing his best he would have come out to punch that equalising ball clear at Anfield. As it is, his blunders cannot be ignored and have cost Spurs points all season. Cerny needs to show that he has what it takes to dominate a Premiership goal area, or else it's time to buy a new goalie come January.

Sorry? Watch

and tell me how any keeper could have punched that clear.

Benayoun (not good enough for us, according to some this summer) made Chimbo look a complete muppet. No-one was picking up Finnan. Finnan was allowed to get his cross in. Torres outjumped two of our defenders.

Never mind, it's all Robbo's fault.

Two Spurs player almost got their heads to it, Torres got his head to it, now the last time I looked Robinson was a good tall lad with long arms which he is allowed to use. It all happened within yards of the goal with plenty of time available for a goalie to meet the cross. So YES any keeper worth his place in a Premiership side should have come to claim that cross or at least take Torres out of it in a legal attempt to reach it. Robinson has shown in the past that he is a top goalkeeper but he's not anywhere near there at the moment. He will be back for Spurs again but hopefully not until he has his head sorted. Perhaps his dance across his goal line to allow Bolton an open goal to score into, would have been a more clearcut blunder. Now that is one to watch again in disbelief.... SS57 methinks in this rare case you just do not want to see the sad truth.

In Jol we trust. Come On You Spurs.

I doubt this thread will still be open if we win our next two/three games. This is how it must be within the team a few wins under our belt and that should kick-start our season. At the moment the mentality is "Ooh, Newcastle away - we'll be lucky to come away with a draw". If we want to be even considered a top four team we should be looking at fixtures like Newcastle away and saying "Yes, it's going to be a tough game, but we expect to get three points".

Anyway back to the Robinson point lets see how Cerny gets on at Newcastle - but from my point of view we need a better keeper. Robbo aint the worst but if I was going to draw up a table of premiership keepers he would be in the bottom half.

Brilliant, Sherlock.
