Why does Redkanpp think that playing Defoe away from home as a lone striker is a good idea?

Talk about never learning from your mistakes.

As a Spurs fan I want to see my team win in style like Barca and Arsenal, and win the league and be in the CL every year. None of this will happen with Harry in charge, there no point in me criticising him because I have done that since he walked in the door at Spurs. However this result today doesn’t surprise me with him being in charge, his teams in the past are always a bit up and down however SOMETIMES they do play good football. However if you want a mixed bag of performances every week and a top 6 finish every year then I suggest we stick with Harry (but I warn you we won’t progress from where we are now) however if we want to go beyond that then we must look elsewhere Hiddink, Rikjaard , Jol and Schuster (the usual suspects) any of those will do. However if we want to progress we must change I know I’ll probably get abuse for this but I believe I am correct. However I will give Harry respect he took us from the bottom into the CL and I never thought he would do that, but he won’t take us further. I want us to win the Lge and CL and entertain and under him it won’t happen.

We were dogshit but if you think diving for a peno and waving an imaginary red card is "stylish" then please go on....actually don't. Arry's ballsed this one up alongside the players offering a nothing performance, but thats all the excuse some people need to jump on the new manager bandwagon...

I think that what it does demonstrate is why, in this seminal year for THFC, he is reluctant to introduce youngsters, rotate the squad away from best 11, or expeeriment with formations too much, in league games.

We played with the stupid light blue shirts didnt we? F retarded. Judging by the game's stats it looks like we got totally outplayed.

everyone is forgetting the fact that it wasnt the Fulham strikers putting pressure on the back four, it was GOMES. FFS take your fucking time!

his roll outs were so obvious, that I could have jumped out of my seat and intersepted every single one of them!

This is a very good post. HR has taken us far enough and wants the England job. JM is saying that Spurs will be a challenge

H says some of our players are running on empty. I wonder whose fault that is?

Empty on what? Energy? The last game was a week ago. It has to be something else then. Motivation then? Harry might be the manager but most of the players know the game already and when the team gets set up the wrong way that would certainly affect their performance. And those light blue shirts again, we got trashed at Bolton wearing those and our last win away at Fulham was with the dark blue. You dont have to be a rocket scientist to figure out what we need to wear in these games.

If you don't believe the gooners are good to wach then please let me know what is. Any fan of football can admire they way they move the ball around even you! However there are elements to their game that nobody likes to see, but every team does it not just them and that includes us. And as for advocating a new manager I have been wanting Arry gone since the day he walked in WHL, so please tune into this forum more often, otherwise you might miss something.

So if you've wanted Harry gone since day one, you've already shown us you're a f*cking idiot, but what else do you have to offer? A Scum team grown over a number of years due to not having the same managerial changes we've had has stability? And a party line similar to their manager (waving imaginary cards like thrown water bottles) Whats your sh*t point? We aren't Barcelona or the Scum.. these are lazy reference points for "nice" (diving, imaginary cards etc.) football that people think we can achieve overnight?

Firstly why the heck are you swearing at me I don't what to start trading insults with you and tbh you REALLY don't want to start trading them with me so wash your mouth out with soap and please be civil. Now let me ask you some questions lets assume that we have stability like the Gooners have had with Harry as boss, Do you think we will progress further than we are?
And secondly yes we are not Barca or the Scum
But can Harry get us to that level?
I am no quite sure about the "party line" stuff you have put in but anyway I eagerly antcipate your reaction to these questions. And do try and keep it clean there are children on this forum and one of them is called Jurgen:wink:
