Fair play to a player who is rapidly becoming my favourite.

Works hard
Plays hard
Honest
Brave
Man enough to say this latest statement.

That's the difference between our players and Chelscum's. Ours are men enough to admit mistakes while theirs are just cheats and thugs.

At least one man enough to apologise.
Pochettino won't because as his support for Deli Alli shows
he quite likes this style of play.
Who would have been happier in this team
Charlie Adams or legend Ledley King.
Not the Spurs I love
and not even winners last night or of the league.
We disgraced ourselves and credit to Danny

One game, from a very team, in a situation none of them have been in before, during a derby, playing catch up to the league leaders. I wasn't overly impressed with us but to compare us to Charlie Adam is a bit far fetched.

I am still waiting for him to apologise for not cheating the ball once during the game, I thought that was in his contract!

I disagree.

We showed steel and gave as good as we got, with the odd nibble, without ever getting dirty.

I'd rather see 11 men on the pitch showing some fight, than be the soft touch we used to be, or a bunch of dirty ****s like Stoke and Charlie Adam.

Pochettino has found the right balance...

I think that you are right about balance.
Generally speaking we have found it
although it's still a work in progress
but we have nothing to prove here
Last night we went too far as Harry K. has admitted
and Danny has apologised for
We distracted ourselves and failed to hold on to a 2-0 lead.
Unforgivable in the circumstances.

He put in a few challenges early on the crowd were baying for him to get in trouble. Then their players started targeting him, it's just not a nice place to go. It's not easy for anyone when they pick on a player like that. We need to learn from it but at least we're involved in these high pressure games in May for once.

I wasn't impressed with our behaviour at all, and TBH Danny should be one of the last to apologise. What Lamela and Dembele did is not only shameful, but questions our integrity as a whole.
I've always considered us a truley gentleman's club, and with the exception of Vertonghen who was and is very aggressive, it's been true. Until Monday night.
I have no quarrel with Chelsea after that game. Their lame fans, celebrating a draw as if they'd just won the CL was something else, but Chelsea as a team dug in, clawed back and if we were to lose any hope of winning the league, I'm glad it was down to a gem of goal and not some fluke.
Congrats to Leicester, we have guaranteed CL next year (we can't drop below third unless we have a complete meltdown and let in 10 goals), so it's been a rollercoaster of a season, but successful well beyond expectations.
