What the actual fucking shit, @Spurs_Bear is back? Spiffing news. (y)

Now please can you do us all a favour and hang around when the season-proper starts, as I don't think anything else quite compares to the erotic pleasures of a 3-way between you, @Bus-Conductor and @jonathanhotspur in a Match Ratings thread free-for-all.

It was a poster called 'spursandbarca' or something similar. He wouldn't post anything in conversation, just random noises like 'Villa (David) to Madrid by Friday' and then disappear from the thread.

'Bayern in for...' was a classic that nobody would let go but cant remember who the hell it was about unfortunately.

Edit:

IT WAS BAYERN IN FOR OZIL
Who let you back in the building???

I swear the 'Bayern in for...' post was when we signed Rafa VDV on deadline day?

Pretty sure it was Bayern in for Dave?

At the time that was pretty much a sharp right taken onto shambles street and a straight march into farce town.:coffee:

We can also look at other positions too whilst waiting until August 31st to sort this one out.

Levy is not going to pay the fee or the wages so forget this one . I'd really be surprised if we sign anyone before the deadline and even more surprised if anything happens before the season starts.
We have the major negative of having no home advantage this season, playing on a pitch that doesn't seem to help our style of play, while all our rivals have strengthened. I'm all in favour of gradually giving our young players a chance but can anyone really say that with Rose, Son , Wanyama , Lamela all out , and the loss of Walker , that we should be optimistic that the stand in players will be able to overcome these negatives ?
2 great seasons but this season , unless Levy loosens the purse strings, I will be surprised if we finish in the top 6.

Ok I'll keep you happy by saying that playing at Wembley will not be a minus factor compared to WHL ,we will easily adapt our playing style, that our rivals are just buying shit players and that our lack of squad depth is no problem because the existing players will not get injured, lose form or get exhausted and even if they do our Academy players are way better than anything City, United, Chelsea , Arsenal and Liverpool can bring in when they rotate their squads. Whatever happens we are destined to win the League,at least 1 domestic cup and go deep in the Champions League.

Only messing, I agree it's shaping up to be a tough season.
