A bit of an overreaction. He's very young and very raw still. No he wouldn't replace Dembele who is in his peak years. He would develop great under Poch but we shouldn't expect him to start in this team. Winks would start ahead of him provided he has a good pre-season to get back to full fitness. The likes of Grealish and RLC would need time developing under Poch. I kind of see RLC as a bit like a young Danny Rose who has the raw abilities and physicality but hasn't found how to use it yet. It's just a shame this isn't likely to happen because he really needs a manager like Poch to develop further.

I think maybe this bit is most accurate.

I wonder how many have really seen enough to judge and the truth is that watching England is maybe the only proper look people have had of him.
