The shares aren't listed on the stock exchange or even the AIM; they have to be traded using a matched bargain service and name of the shares is ordinary 5p shares so that's not their value. Before delisting I think each share was about £5

We will find out soon if there is going to be a change of ownership. I the buyer has funding from Dubai or elsewhere they will have to disclose it. Then ENIC will see what their valuations of THFC is worth. I think they have overvalued by a good 30% without the new stadium built. This could be the major deal breaker that ENIC has the stadium built or not. Or as in property developments, a land owner gets planning permission, clears away the site and sells up for a good profit, without the problems of building.
In a new build project, there are always delays and setback, this Stadium
will be no different.

I would agree that Archway would settle rapidly with new owner, as they are not going to win CPO appeal, and be forced to pay our legal fees and theirs..which could be £2m ??

I don't really see the sense in this. Cain Hoy, mega rich, foreign entity, Archway would be bouyed to take it as far as possible. CH have a load of backers expecting a quick return on their investment so probably would settle with Archway as soon as possible for whatever it takes, rather than the other way around.

It's more likely though that the new owners would just give Archway what they want to get them out of the way, after a major purchase like that i doubt they would want this thorn in their side.

It would be a good possibility for new owners to pay off Archway, but depends how much over the valuation of Archway land. Also Levy is trying to retain his position in the Building of the stadium. I would say, if anyone can deliver the stadium finished on time, once clear to do so... it is Levy who could.
