How are people interpreting that tweet then?

He still sounds pissed off to me but I can't quite get my head round the point he is trying to make?

Is he saying you're all waiting for me to get pissed off but I wont or is he saying that he very much is pissed off once again?

I think he's referring to himself as a silly boy because of the mistakes he made last time. He knows everyone is watching and waiting for him to post something so he's said "Thanks for the support" and made it clear that he won't be posting anything else. It's completely harmless but the media are going to try and make it out to be something that it isn't.

We just sent Pritchard there... Big mistake

We shouldn't give upon Berahino though. There's a really good player in there waiting to come out...

I doubt we'll give up now. We've put in another bid this window so the player knows that we're still genuinely interested. He'll probably end up leaving on a free at this rate which will suit Levy down to the ground.

Agree about the tweet, was something of nothing.

But WBA say the only bid they received was £21m from Newcastle so did we bid?

How much do we (realistically) expect Peace to lower the asking price as the last opportunity he/WBA have to sell SB?
And all the BS about him being an asset for potential buyers, not if he's gone for nothing he's not.

Is Peace stupid enough to expect a record tribunal fee?
And how much would it cost us to get SB from Excelsior Mouscron...

Tired of this Berahino saga.I hope we leave him and Peace alone in the summer.Surely there must be other strikers that we could target?

Please people, stop comparing it with Modric, it is as far from Modric as possible.
I still can't get past the idea that Berahino is fat lazy far from his best surrounded by problems has only played a handful of games and made his first start on Saturday for months and despite all that is West Brom's top scorer!!!

I really do hope we put this one to bed I couldn't stand another window of Saido speculation. Move on there must be other targets.

I liked the idea of him coming along, his club said they didn't want to sell him, he sulked like Veruca Salt then kicked up a stink in front of the media. His club rightly said to stop acting like a dick, he continued acting like a dick.

When he stopped being a professional sportsman and became a professional sulk, regardless of the actions of the chairman or manager, he slipped a long way down in my estimations and, just as before when we had such great camaraderie in the squad under Harry, the danger of a bad attitude coming in and upsetting that is just too big a risk for me.

Besides, it wasn't because it was Spurs in for him, it was because it was <insert any club who were prepared to pay him more> in for him. If Peace had accepted the offer from the Barcodes, you can bet he would've been holding up his shirt faster than a chick at an Aerosmith concert.

I believe there was some ITK around or maybe I just read it in the newspaper(?) that we were waiting for encouragement or a sign they may be interested before we placed a bid. None was obviously forthcoming.

Great post mate, cannot understand why some posters are in denial of his antics.

Nah! We haven't lost him yet.
You really need to let this one go, the club have moved on, need to trust your manager on this one.
Why you would want someone who continually kicks his toys out and behaves in an unprofessional manner, anywhere near our dressing room, beggars belief.
The guy is talented, but never misses an opportunity to mess it up.

Agreed, heard Poch say a few times that being a professional comes first when recruiting. Pullis has recently criticised Berahinho for continually being late too.

You'd like to think our manager has moved on but its unlikely, I know you'll quote me his remarks again but the assumptions people have made about those don't ring true.
Trust me I don't lose sleep over this saga, if we don't get him ok, I am far too long in the tooth for it to upset me but the truth is that he is the right man for us, I can see that and I don't know why other people get it so wrong.

Sky reporting (Pinch of salt!) that Berahino going to talk to Peace about resolving his situation in the summer. This smacks of him to us in the summer if he knuckles down. I reckon Pritch has softened the spikey relationship. Cue pulis out in the summer and berahino to us after Pulis can't get his cut.
