2) It only applies within Spain

3) Clubs abroad can give the player the money to buy-out their own clause

4) This can be against the selling clubs wishes, like happened with us and Fazio

By the way, I'm pretty sure the release clauses in Spain are an instrument to prevent clubs refusing to sell to Real and Barca, nobody is going to force one of them two to sell.
