Forget England -v- Estoniastan, half time at Hampden Park and it's 2 - 1 to the home side and what a first half for the referee

Anyone else watching this? Maybe, seeing as the ref is blatantly not watching the game, maybe we can get him in here during the 2nd half and explain what the hell he's playing at

Scotland looking sharp though, despite Ukraine dominating possession, their back four look pretty solid.

Can't wait for the second half, this ref is dire

think Scotlands souuts for Pens were not as good as the Ukraine's was though, the second one for scotland was close, but not enough contact, and went down too easly... dont tink the ref is that bad from the bits i have seen (flicking between both the games...not missed a goal yet by doing it  )

just hope scotland come out as well as they did in the first half, if not it might be back to the wall for 45 mins (remind you of any team  )

Scotland have 2 and Italy and France both have 3 but, we are currently 4 points clear.

If Scotland can get a decent score chalked up away against Georgia, they'll be flying - wonder who it'll be who won't make it? Italy or France? My moneys on France at this rate, they just don't seem to have that spark they had

Good game, great result for Scotland after conceding 2 against them last time out

Fucking Scotland. I hate the way......... Only kiddin':-D

Top effort guys. Like Yid-ol, I was flicking between the games, but although I caught the England goals, I missed every single Scotland/Ukraine goal  Watched the after match stuff though, and Scotland did very well by all accounts. Really been impressed by Scotland. Really hope they qualify

Looking at the remaining fixtures for each team, it seems to me that France will make it through and the showdown between Scotland v Italy will be the decisive one on the fate of this group

The more I think about it, the more I worry for the Scots. You can just sense that In typical unjust fashion, Italy will sneak the win they need at Hampden and eliminate Scotland. I think it'd be bloody awful. Forget the so called rivalries; I'm really rooting for Scotland in this one.

That's the same feeling I get. I sense a brave Scotland team inspired by the atmosphere from the crowd by doing a good job dominating possesion and pressuring Italy. But somewhere between the last 20 minutes of the 2nd half, Italy score from a set piece, Scotland keep fighting till the end but time runs out for them

So typical

can just see it, last game home to italy needing a point to win... do scotland sit back and try and take a draw, or do they push and try and go for a win... maybe leaving gaps for italy!

Having followed Scottish football for a long time I think I can safely say it's far more likely they will stuff up and only get a draw against Georgia, thus requiring a win against the world champions to qualify. Then they'll play awesomely against Italy but still only get a draw. They're like Spurs really.

I'm less bothered about the England/Russia game really - I've watched enough of England recently to know they don't excite me at all like they should, but Scotland are playing fantastically well at the moment, so i'll be tuning in to Georgia-vision at 7.30 tonight

Besides, the England game starts whilst i'm still at bloody work - 4pm. Bloody Russians - if they aren't super hot women all wanting to marry you for a green card, it's rearranging football fixture times...

its so true. Up thier game against the big teams and go to sleep against teams they should walk over.

I think tonight will be diffrent though, 0-2 or 3 to Scotland.
