I really rate this guy-good keeper. Don't think he has a future at Liverpool. Would be a good acquisition for us. That way Robbo would no longer feel "undroppable" regardless of form.

What do you guys think?

looks like an agile version of robbo... he is robbo's real threat to englands number 1 shirt, not Foster, who is overrated imo

While Pepe is still with us Carson won't get a sniff and I think it's probably best for him if he does move on.

Nope, we've got Alnwick, who we might see more of if he continues to develop and Robinson is awful, because as good as Cerny is, i doubt Jol would drop Robinson for him regardless due to age.

I've no idea how well Alnwick might develop, pretty sure though that we should loan him out this season if we want him to be considered a serious challenger to Robbo.

Give him to Derby, or even Sunderland if they want him, and see how well he does in the PL. If he fails to show promise, then go all in for Carson. If it's not too late.

Why would Carson come to us? If he was looking to leave Liverpool it would be to get regular first team football. He wont get that with us. His best bet would probably be Bolton.

Looks like he's making his move to Villa permanent.
