7m!!!

Please lets not spend this much money on a player who will leave West Ham and who's wages they cannot afford.

yep, thats it for me.

But I would be surpised, going off Adies ITK that we would have gone in straight away with a 7m bid. West Ham need to loose him from the wage bill, he is 30 years old, doesn't strike me as an offer Daniel would make as a first one.

Not much choice if the player is forcing the move. Issue is if £7m is opening gambit it could end up being more or if someone else slaps a bid in

Not worth 7m to us or them. No more than 2m for us and 10m for them. I hope the two never meet

God some people talk shit

Scott Parker was never really given the chance to establish himself at Chelsea much in the same way Sidwell was treated but more so.

5/6m would be a good signing imo 8m is pushing towards a bad deal any more would be ridiculous

Although Sandro now looks the bollocks, Id take Parker ahead of Palacios after the last 12 months and hes different to Hudd so you would play him accordingly. He would help us win those games where we lacked some bollox in the past, West Brom, Wolves, Blackpool etc

He's had his chance three times as far as I'm concerned.

He could have joined his "boyhood" team but chose money each time and a total lack of ambition when he joined spammers.

The Dutch player of the year who also plays in midfield, scored 13 goals in 30 league games, is a year younger than Parker and also a Dutch international has just joined Ajax for £2.6m (3m euros). That's what you call a bargain, not a already failed midfielder at a big club who has turned us down 3 times before for £. Screw him and his club, don't want to see us help then out at all. He is not going to improve our first 11 and we are already well stocked up in his position. Save the £ to improve the weak points in our first 11 i.e. forward line....

When Palacios came to a relegation threatened team, he helped drag them to 8th.

When Parker came to a relegation threatened team, he got them to 17th and then relegated.

I fucking Charlie Sheened that argument!

Not really when you consider our relegation threatened team contained the likes of King and Modric and theirs contained Noble and Upson.
