I think we should stock our midfield with Cherokee and Choctaw Indians. Big lads. We'll need to keep them away from Faces because of the fire water. But they would scalp the opponents in the center of defense.

When I read the ITK about Scott Parker been sealed and done and then the opinion tagged on the end about him being an upgrade on Palacios then I go mental :bang:

Fine, if the deals done its done, but don't try tell me 1 good season by Parker makes him better than 3 great seaons by Palacios & 1 poor but improving.

Parker is an upgrade on JJ not on Palacios

Parker is an upgrade on JJ not on Palacios

In my honest opinion Parker is what we need, different to Palacios in the sense that he offers more thrust going forward and is better with the football at his feet. Has just as much appetite as Wilson and just as combative, although Wilson would edge him on that count - but only just.

I think Parker and Sandro offer a better balance, in terms off attacking and defending qualities.
A strong midfield with attacking impetus too.

I would have to say Parker is better than Palacios, he simply has a greater skill set, can contribute to the attack as well as the defence.
