Interestingly I got another auto email from the club offering me a Fulham ticket even though I've already purchased it AND no money has left my bank account. May be they have sorted the auto credit out and don't even know it. 48 hours is enough to see the debit take place, right?

My ticket is showing on the e-ticket section so all completed.

I spoke to them yesterday. I’ve the same situation as you. Turns out that we’ve bought the tickets but we won’t be charged for it as the 1/19th deduction has been applied but the website doesn’t show it. I’ve checked my bank account and my credit card hasn’t been charged. Have a look at yours and see if it’s on your statement.

My boy was born in June so want to get him signed up.

Am I right in saying I have to pay £25 a year for him now? That’s so expensive for kids up to 18.

Sorry I couldn’t find a membership thread.

Titckets hardly selling like hot cakes for the Fulham game...

Quick question, and it may have already been answered:

I didn't bother opting to take my season ticket seat for the Fulham game because I want to buy a couple of extra seats for friends who aren't members, and I can't do this until 31st July. When can I claim back the 19th of my ST cost I'm owed? Are they still letting you deduct it from the cost of the tickets, or do I have to pay for the tickets and claim it back at a later date?

In the time it's taken me to type this out I probably could have called the ticket office...

from what I understand is when you actually checkout you will have a option to apply the credit to your purchase. I've not tested it yet as I'm waiting to the 31st

No, it's about £10 for 'dribblers' I think.

Taking the credit for a cup game at the new ground personally! Sick of trudging to Wembley...
Exactly my plan.

I wasn't a hater of Wembley like some, but the journey was just too much. I wonder, do you think can you used the money owing for CL matches?

Correct. Last season, for a newborn, it was £8 (plus a fiver if you wanted to be on the waiting list), now they just count as a U18 so it's £20 (plus a fiver for the waiting list).

Of course, they made out that 'streamlining' the membership options in this way was a good thing.

It’s an absolute con.

The club just seem to be whacking up the prices on absolutely everything.

Tottenham Hotspur FC - the most expensive club in the world to support.

It’s disgusting.

Wow, That is a lot for babies. It used to be that the goodies you got were worth more than you had to pay for membership.

I couldn’t help myself but write an angry email to the membership team, it’s so disgusting how the club have approached this new season with the new stadium.

They better hope the team keeps on playing well otherwise the stadium will be half empty the season after next.

If the club are not careful and the 'product' on the pitch does not continue to be fantastic, In 5 years time the new stadiums atmosphere could make the emirates seem like Celtic Park!!

Look at the bollocks reply...

“Thank you for your e-mail. Whilst I appreciate that there is a rise in price for One Hotspur Junior membership this year, we still believe that our membership leads the market in value for money. We offer one of the best value Junior memberships in the Premier League, and the lowest priced of any of the Premier League London Clubs. We believe that our membership packs are some of the best in the market at present, and we have added more value to the Junior membership proposition through the introduction of new benefits, namely a 10% Global coaching discount and access to One Hotspur Moments alongside the benefits previously enjoyed as part of One Hotspur membership scheme.”
