Email said that if you want it back before the pool tickets go on sale then request it online before noon tomorrow.

Thats what I would of done, but I don't think they are doing it that way for these two games. They haven't said so anyway and they did for the Fulham game.

so what was the point if you have to shell out money for the Liverpool/Cardiff game, and you still haven't for money back on this until mid spet

They said on the email yesterday that if you have done it before noon tomorrow it will be in your account before the liverpool game goes on sale.....

The email sent out yesterday says it will be in your bank account by 24th August if you do the transfer by 12 noon Friday 17th.

Of course this transferring funds is OK for computer/internet savvy people but not everybody is, many people are loathe to use online banking..

This may be a stupid question, but does anyone know if we leave the credit in our account whether this can then be used against future tickets (Liverpool, Cardiff, Cup etc)? I would've thought so, as it was the case with the Fulham game but on the email they sent yesterday it says:

"If you wish for the refund to have cleared in your bank account before the planned on sale date for the Liverpool fixture (to be confirmed), you will need to have submitted your bank details by 12noon, Friday 17 August."

So I don't understand why you would need the refund in your bank account before the Liverpool tickets go on sale, if you could just use your credit against them?

Cheers

It seems crazy but it doesn’t look like they will go down that route else they’d of mentioned the option, surely?

You don't need to do online banking, you just need to put in your account number and sort code. They're calling it a transfer but really it's just a case of giving them your payment details.

Haha yes but in 30 years time u will have a knock on youre door and it will be a certain mr Levy on his mobility scooter coming to collect his 8 pounds PLUS interest which would have been 30% typical p/m and NO he wont accept no payment plan from you!

That's true but many are wary of giving bank details on the internet then they have to wait for a paper statement to come through etc etc to check the money has come in, doesn't bother me but I know a few people like that.
