Have a look for a 0% on purchases credit card. There's some good deals around if you have a decent credit score.
Cheers, good idea but not sure I'll need to pay it off monthly now.

I always go on my own mainly because I have terrible taste in friends who all support Utd, Arsenal or Liverpool but you get to know the people around you esp as I’m one of those annoying people who get lost in the action and react to everything :nailbiting: :woot: :bag:

11:05 AM update on what's been taken in the first wave of phase 2:

A lot of the upper south has very good availability like 402.

Thanks for these updates!

In phase 7 with 2 others and want to be in the south Stand. Quick question - when selecting the seats does it tell you the price of them? In "off-line" mode when you go into the eticketing site it says price unavaible but I assume that's just because it's notmy phase yet

I also go to matches alone and have no friends. I start off being very chatty but it always seems to go wrong when I follow people to the toilet. No idea why, just trying to be friendly.

Maybe offer to hold and shake it when you follow them to the toilet, that may help find a friend, not me, but I'm sure someone.

What chance do you reckon three of us have of getting seats in Sauf stand if we’re essentially phase 8?

Would you say cat’s chance in hell or (less likely) more chance of Aurier being able to take throw ins correctly?

Check out the view on the interactive map from Block 501, Row 10 , Seat 016 , the brochure states on page 6 "uninterrupted views" , if there is rain and a strong easterly gale coming in I hope this glass is being fitted with windscreen wipers !!

Try the view from Block 201, Row 34, seat 433 and imagine you're in one of the seats a couple along. you're watching the entire pitch through glass.

Block 519, row 20, seat 643 must be the worst seat in the place.

I think the club confirmed that the renders weren't accurate and that the view wont be obscured by the screens in those seats at the back of the north stand, not that i'd take the rick of sitting there and getting lumped with that view.

where did you get that info? lots of seats around the stadium seem to have these glass panels right in the line of sight,

I was referring to the seats whose view is obscured by the back of the screens in the renders, specifically Block 519, row 20, seat 643 and similar seats. Someone on SSC said the club had told them that the view on the renders was not 100% accurate and that the view from these seats would not be obscured by the back of the jumbo screens.
