Anyone know where I can find the dates for each window?

If you're in Window 1, can you buy your ticket at any point until the final date on the 20th April, or only in your own window?

I can’t remember all the dates, phase 3 is Monday, once your phase is ‘open’ you can purchase anytime till the end which is I believe mid April

Thanks for your effort - but it was the dates I was keen to see, not the criteria. (y)

I think the sales window is to select / reserve your ticket with a separate payment window opening on 1st May.

Looks like the earlier phases are able to select a ticket during later phases though (ie if you’re in phase 1 you can still select your seat in phase 7 if you want to). What I’m not sure of is if you reserve a seat can you change / move later on or are you locked in

Can someone please explain the difference between being able to assign tickets to someone in your membership network and being able to manage tickets for someone in your membership network? And which one I need to be able to do to buy someone else’s season ticket at the same time as mine.

Thanks in advance.

Thank you. I hadn’t been able to find that description on the ticket website.

Even reading it i’m still not 100% sure though. But think that means I would be able to pick my dads ticket for him whether I had him on assign or manage tickets.

Can anyone that has already renewed on behalf of others confirm exactly what option they had their members on?

Thanks

If you have other people in your network and they agreed to let you manage their tickets when you set up the network then It’s exactly the same process as buying a home or away ticket for them

If you’ve ever done this then buying a ST is the same process

I thought assign and manage was the same thing. I’m sure they just make it more complicated than it needs to be!

I emailed the club whether I need assign or manage permissions to secure seats for my group. He said I needed manage permission, although I think he's wrong or misread my email, now I have ready seen more info online. Considering it takes seconds to do and it's not a great risk, you might as well give them manage permissions anyway to be sure.

Hello,

I have been nominated by my friends to secure the seats/season tickets for the new season.

I have added everyone to my network using their membership number and name. For the current permissions it says “I can assign tickets to Mr X Y” Is that sufficient to reserve the seats and pay the deposit or do I need the extra “manage” permission?

Kind regards,

punky

Dear punky,

Thank you for taking the time to contact us.

You will need to amend your permission to 'manage'.

I have attached the full guidance to support this.

Kind regards,

***********

The "full guidance" he attached was just the normal PDF sent out to everyone.

Hi does anyone know what the white rectangular thing on the interactive map directly in front of West Upper Blocks 504 and 505 is? Here's a screenshot and I’ve marked the two blocks behind the white thing.

Almost certainly TV positions, west stand location means no problems with sun, also if you look at the very front of other blocks in west stand, there small spaces which look like camera positions for looking down on penalty area & goal etc..

I hope we've tried to recreate the legendary WHL top of a skyscraper camera angle.
