Yes. I am 26 and in the supposed upper echelon of loyalty points but because I wasn't lucky enough to go with parents since a young age or haven't had a season ticket since I was in primary school, I am being punished. I have wanted a ST since I was 15 (summer before the 2006/2007 season) but couldn't get one due to demand so I was on the waiting list at that point. I believe it should've been an or argument so the younger fans aren't punished.
I can understand that, but then those who have given up huge amounts of their lives across multiple decades will argue that they have proven their loyalty by sticking with spurs through thick and thin, the awful 90s, relegation in the 70s, etc etc, and just because they can’t go to as many non-home league matches because they now have families to provide for (time and money), mortgages, etc, not to mention tickets being comparatively more expensive now too, they shouldn’t be punished.

Done by 10:20! Block 209, row 48! Got an aisle seat which is good if I ever take my son/daughter if my friend can't make a game. £1,200 is a bit of a jump in price from previous seasons but it should be a great view!

Anyone else who's now got their ticket excited? Feels a big relief to have it done and be happy about!

To those still to go on the next phases, good luck, hope you get to sit where you want to!

COYS
Block 102 too. got 7 together split over two rows, all sorted by 10.30. went for the middle of the block, up against 103 towards the back. pretty happy.

I don't disagree with your side of it either, infact I would feel bad if I went infront of someone who had it for 20 years. I do however feel that I have more of a right than someone who has had it for 11years and only gone to home games and therefore has effectively no loyalty points. I was personally going home and away on membership back in that time when the demand was nowhere near what it is today. That's why I think it should've been an "or" statement. If they actually had the history then they could've done this but alas it's impossible.

Guys can you please continue this argument via DM?
The point of this thread is to talk about renewal of STs and not arguing about LPs

thank you!!

It's not about LPs, it's about the process of getting season tickets, which is what the thread is about. Are you saying you only want posts in this thread of people confirming they've got tickets? Come on.

For what it’s worth that’s not necessarily my side of it, just making the point that, short of implementing a far longer and more arduous process, I don’t think the club could have avoided a situation where many fans felt a bit hard done by compared to others.

Got my ticket. Had to wait for Phase 3 for couple in my group. Got block 418 Row 10.

I think block 418 could be the first block to sell out as there's only 1 seat left.

my fear with having an 11 year old in the south stand is they wont be able to see as everyone will be standing. Anyone else with kids bought in the south stand? He isn't small. and obviously he will get bigger so do I just get one there?

Everyone will be standing in the south stand. He won't be able to see a thing.

Surely easier to avoid if he is under 5'8

So glad its done and out of the way, its been playing on my mind for a few weeks now.
Good luck to everyone in the later phases...feel sorry for the people who are gonna get left with the choice of either breaking the bank or missing out altogether.

Sounds like you are very close to me. Just had a horrible thought. Will people stand up in our stand? I hope not as I go with my old man who won’t want to stand. And although he is old, he’s old school and loves a tear up and will definitely call out anyone who stands in front of him. I on the other hand am a borderline coward with a lower pain threshold than Marco Van Basten.

I really don’t think people in the later phases will only be left with expensive tickets. It seems to me the expensive seats are going more quickly. I’m pretty sure there will be cheaper seats still available. Perhaps not the exact view people wanted, but having looked at the interactive seat views i don’t think there is a bad view in the whole stadium. It’s absolutely amazing. I went West lower because my dad likes a sideline view and wants to be close to the action, but I’d actually like to try out all the different areas of the stadium.

You're in the West stand mate. The only time people will be standing up is if we score a goal (and even then they may just stay seated and shout "bravo!" whilst leaning back puffing on their pipe before breaking into polite applause ;):p).

You could be right, but id expect the next few phases to see a hell of a lot more activity than the first few due to people waiting for others in different phases....you're right about there not being a bad view anywhere, every seat I tried on that map thing changed my mind as to where I wanted to sit.

I've just sent Jeeves out to get me a new one, a lovely number, fashioned from the horn of a rhino. I imagine it will be the perfect accompaniment to my prawn sandwiches.

Happy Chappy. Logged in at 9. doughnut of death at 9.35. Into tickets at 10.02. 4 seats first choice South Stand block 205 Row 44 seats 234-237, checked out at 10.08.
Right next to the centre section in line with the goalpost Last row before the increase to £1200 so feel im getting a little bit extra for the outlay! Not sure why they go up in price 1 row back though...
