But they are not paying extra for that view they are paying extra for the private bar, free drinks, name on the wall, exclusive membership pack etc.

You wouldn’t get the extras ie exclusive bars.

True, but they are definitely also paying for the premium location. Smack bang in the middle of the south stand, even without the extras the season ticket would probably be ~£1400-£1500, so around £80 per game including booking fees.

South lower looking very unlikely now. I am more than happy with south 'upper' as I don't want to sit in first couple of rows.

Is that not more to do with the seats being near the gangways so it doesn't disturb others when they come back to their seats late after half time? But you're right they are some of the best seats in the stand.

One thing for sure they won’t be left empty.

Maybe the sell them as a special 1882 ticket per game for members at the price you quoted

I'll pay Spurs community £20 if THFC fail to sell all 1882 seats by the end of sales - which includes moving on to the bronze waiting list.

Spurs did their homework. They asked us as fans to complete various surveys. In those surveys, many questions arose around what you'd pay for a ticket and what extra you'd pay for facilities etc. They would have taken those responses on board.

I think I did see comparative profiles where it was roughly the same. No one should stand in the West or East lowers. Your ‘little friend’ should be ok as we had someone who was 5’1” that used to sit with us.

As for the south ‘upper’ areas I don’t think people will stand too much as it will feel steeper than people think. The seats in front will be lower and you won’t want to fall down there. I’m with A&C in thinking the club is going to ensure people sit. Also the majority of the concessions are in this area meaning there will be all ages - young and old. I already know of someone who is 85 years old sitting smack in the centre in row 38.

Thanks. Good news about the rake and fact that my little friend will be able to see. I actually went on the stadium seat view today on my computer at work for the first time (having previously only looked on my IPhone) and it actually looked great on the bigger screen.

You do know that “waiting list” is a bit of a myth right? My kid was 44k on that list and still got offered a season ticket at Wembley. Lots of people are bronze members just for the priority on tickets.l they have no time intention of but an ST let alone one for £2000

is the club holding some seats and not allowing them to be sold? yesterday just after 10am some sections had a great amount of seats greyed out and today all those seats are back to blue and available. Anyone noticed the same?
This morning when I looked, all of the seats appeared available. Probably a glitch in the matrix!

Does anyone know the angle of the East and West lower stands at the new ground and whether they are not as steep as the old ground? I’m in pretty much the same row as I used to be at the old ground, but the view from the interactive stadium map seems different.

Not much I can do about it now anyway, but just wondered if anybody knew.

By rudimentary calculations North East and West lower tiers are around about 20 degree incline , the upper tier a nice steep 35 degrees should give great views and the middle tiers somewhere in between. South is a bit steeper in the lower section than the other lower tiers then progressing up to 35 degrees on the higher sections.

This morning the map had been re-set and everything was available across the ground. Now it is up-to-date and South lower is virtually gone.

Did a bit of googling as I knew i'd seen the correct figures before:

16.5° (east/west lower tier)
34.4° (east/west upper tier)

Sounds about right, my rudimentary method was a protractor on a scale plan of the ground.

Interesting article about noise and Levy at following http://www.gq-magazine.co.uk/article/six-things-you-need-to-know-about-the-new-tottenham-stadium

I like the 'I've got 12 browsers open' approach :ROFLMAO:
Literally makes no difference, its like getting a load of mates to stand in front and behind you in a queue, just makes the queue appear longer than it really is.

It bloody well makes a difference when the system keeps logging you out as you try to navigate it, and then keeps logging you in as your "managed ticket" partner when you want to log in as yourself.

In my case, it wasn't multiple browsers. I had three logins on separate computers!

@mph1982 on twitter put this together.

Anyone looking for tickets in the safe-standing section in phases 5-8 isn't looking good

Haha, Im not sure what would cause that David, it was suspiciously simple and quick for me.

It wasn't too bad, just rather frantic. I was done by 10.30, having started trying to log in at about 9.20. There were some software errors at their end as I tried to pay for my seats and I had to re-enter the details.

I've corrected your post.

I also from reading this thread (hating you all through jealousy:cry::cry::cry:) that they have their cup tickets paid for too, so if we played at home for every game in the cups they could see an extra 5+ games at least.
