halfway back in 510 done. Looks OK. Kid don't like the view from behind the goal, annoying git. Nothing better sideways on with concessions, which is another indicator of the Clubs short term greed. At least they thanked me for sharing my views.

Who do you email about complaints or shall we say points of view?

523 row 15.

Looks like a decent view but there is a glass panel blocking some of the pitch which I'll be sure to complain about every single week.

Block 302 row 61 for me, got in nice & easy, selected the seat with no issues.
After payment went through, an error message popped up saying “unfortunately we cannot confirm your purchase at this time”.
Half hour phone call to confirm that it’s a system fault that doesn’t link the client payment to the seat. So they’ve got my deposit, but I haven’t got my seat at the moment and it’s being looked into. Perfect

Im buying my kid's season ticket today. If I buy it in an area that isn't in the family area, does anyone know if or when I list it on the exchange, that they will sell it as a junior ticket or just as a normal ticket that anyone of any age can buy?

If it is the same as for Wembley then it will offered as an adult ticket but you will be credited with the juvenile rate. I have a concession ticket which I have put on the exchange at Wembley and when you check the seats on offer its at the full adult price but I only get credited with 1/19th of what I have paid for the season minus transaction fee.

Just got mine in block 530.
All I have is a confirmation email of 50 quid, it doesn't say the full price
I've just shit myself that I've not got one of the £1200 tickets but an 1882 one!
Nowhere on my account or the email shows it?
It seems to tell you if you hover over the seat in the interactive map - the 1882 ones will say "1882 Season Ticket" at the bottom. From a brief look it seems like the 1882 seats are in Rows 7-18 and Seat 962 or lower. Everything in Row 19 or above, Row 6 or lower and in Seat 963 or above is £1200. But do check for yourself too!

It seems lots of people have been reserving tickets in the South Stand by placing them in their basket until it expires then reselecting again over and over. As people buy their tickets in the South Stand now, more tickets are going to become available. so Maybe hold fire a little.

Yeah loads of people doing that, checked at 3am this morning and loads in South and a few in west lower, I managed to nick a few in 203 which people had been holding back all week, result!

They only stay in your basket for half an hour, don't they? How can people hold them back for days; do they not sleep?

I guess they risk it at night to get some shut eye but renew them every half hour during the day.

I'm in row 9 seat 974. Pretty sure it's a £1,200 One.
Think the Mrs would would have a fit if it was an 1882 !

I'm getting the cold shoulder at the moment, and mine was only £995.

it's ok for the time being we've only forked out £50....come 16th May it will be painful seeing the full whack coming off my bank account.

North Upper 516 row 16, now not sure I have made the right choice, but my son is a junior and one of the few locations you can get a Junior ticket still. Looks like lots of the 1882 have sold!

wondering if people realise they're buying £2000 STs

I said this last year, but a great turnout of season ticket holders here on SC. Chuffed with my block 420 seat. Hopefully a cup and CL footie from this year to welcome in our new gaff. Coys

Someone posted earlier in the thread the blocks which will likely be taken up in turn by away supporters in European, League Cup and FA Cup games, but I can't for the life of me find where I saw it. Any help?

Ta.

For Premier League matches (3,000 allocation) it's blocks 114-117 in the lower north-eastcorner. For European matches (5%/~3103 allocation) they'll have a couple of columns in 113 as well. For the League Cup (10%/~6206 allocation) it looks like they'll roughly also get block 113 and blocks 420-424 (Middle Tier above the normal away area). For the FA Cup (15%/9309 allocation) they'll also get blocks 515 to 519 (Upper Tier above the normal away area).

Edit: Don't worry, found it! I was looking further back than the post.

@Saoirse how accurate is this?

Someone pointed out it's 114-118 rather than 117 which was an oopsie on my part. And as I said the League Cup is only a rough estimation. The rest I'm confident on. If anything there'll be lots of cases where teams don't take their full allocation, or we deny them on "safety grounds" for a derby, and more of those seats are available for us.

Okay, thanks for clarifying mate.

I have a ticket in 517, obviously on the understanding I may miss some cup games. I'm just hoping I can see the European games from my seat, and I can deal with being shipped elsewhere for domestic cups.
