Just logged in to see about tickets for the Fulham game and my season tickets are saying on Hold?? Has anyone else seen this?? I did the staged payments. But they confirmed that all went through. I can see where to purchase them? Panicking a bit.

Mine also says on hold, I paid in full. So assume it's nothing to worry about.

Where does it say it chaps?

If log on onto the eticking section, I can see my silver membership is valid until 17.07.18 - today. It's still showing last seasons loyalty point tally so next seasons stuff hasn't been updated.

I am assuming the members accounts will update tommorow as all the new season ticket holders for 2018/19 will be able to purchase their Fulham tickets with their credit - at the moment this has not been applied. Mine went on last week on the day for the 2017/18 st holders.

Does anyone know when we're likely to receive the new STs?
Or have they sent them out already?..I moved quite recently and i'm worried they've sent them to my old gaff.

I would imagine towards the middle to end of August as all matches are going to issued with paper tickets until we move into new stad.

At the moment there seems they be two separate logins still as on

There are two - one for members & another for season ticket holders -

Members login - https://www.eticketing.co.uk/tottenhamhotspur/

Season Ticket - https://www.eticketing.co.uk/tottenhamhotspurstadium/

You aren't supposed to use the tottenhamhotspurstadium one any more. This was just to facilitate the move into the new stadium.

The original one, tottenhamhotspur, is what I used to secure my Fulham tickets and the loyalty points total is up-to-date.

Going back to your original question. When I went got my season ticket, the bronze fee was deducted when I paid my balance. I'd call them up. Although you may just have extra credit in your account when purchasing new tickets (like everyone got 1/19th of their season ticket back for the Fulham game)

It wasnt when i done my sons for him a few weeks back - they even said in the message they sent at the time they would be in touch regarding crediting the members fee.

Im not entirely sure to be honest and i am in the same boat with mine. May have to call to chase it up!

This is a quote from the original email they sent with the Season Ticket Offer -

Due to demand, Season Tickets are subject to availability so act fast tomorrow to secure your seat at our new home. As you have already renewed your 2018/19 One Hotspur membership, the cost of your membership will be reimbursed after any 2018/19 Season Ticket purchase. Further details on this reimbursement will be communicated in due course.

Been in the queue for a Fulham ticket for a little while and it seems to have stalled at around 11 o'clock on the ol' doughnut of death. Anyone else?

Anyone else ?

I'm loathed to click complete now!
When you were queuing up it had a message saying that they would not be able to discount the 1/19th of your season ticket this time, however if you purchased a ticket, it would refund you the 1/19th straight into your bank account by 30th July.

Thanks - purchased and this is what came out in the email response after confirmation

Thank you for purchasing for our Premier League match against Fulham on Saturday 18 August which will be played as a home fixture at Wembley Stadium, connected by EE.

Important Information

The credit amount owed to the lead purchaser of Fulham tickets will be automatically awarded back as a refund to the card used to purchase Fulham tickets no later than Monday 30 July.

Any Season Ticket Holders that purchase their Fulham tickets during this time but are not the lead purchaser will be able to claim their 1/19th credit back by calling the Ticket Office on 0344 844 0102 (Option 2) after their ticket has been purchased to provide card details for the 1/19 credit to be applied to. This phone line is open from 9.30am – 5.00pm, Monday to Friday

Please note: Stadium Access Cards from the 2017/18 Season will NOT work for this fixture. Supporters will have a paper ticket delivered to the registered address of the lead booker.

Should you need to update your delivery address details, Sign back into your Ticketing Account, select "My Account" and then "Update Details"

That's fucking dismal that. I now have to sit on the phone, at work, to get my own money back.
Edit - lead purchase is automatic, non lead manual. Ok, chilled.

So I have to pay for it and wait 12 days for the money back?
Will they just give me the money back on the 30th if I don't buy the ticket?
If you buy a ticket today for the Fulham game, they will pay you back by the 30th July, yeah.

If you choose not to buy one, I assume that you will be able to use your 1/19th credit on a cup game, which i assume includes the Champions League.
