Season Ticket Renewal Thread (Read first post)

Junior memberships for the rest of the London teams are...

Arsenal - £25
Chelsea - £22
Crystal Palace - £15
West Ham - £25
Fulham - £20

So we are the joint most expensive, not the cheapest and all the other teams offer money off ticket prices as part of the membership.

It’s a con and they can’t justify someone paying £25 for a child.

Just got the email about membership packs, looks like they are sending them out on the 20th of Aug, also it looks like you cannot apply credit at time of purchase for the Fulham game.... you have to call them for refund.

I think it changed when the new memberships came in to effect this season.

I've got two toddlers 1 is 19mths & 5 mths respectively - they are not likely to be attending any matches anytime soon so i've decided although i liked the novelty of them both being 'Dribbler' members i cannot justify the spend as its just like adding an extra £40 per season to my seson ticket at mo. Looking at the pack that they will recieve this year does not represent good value to me.

Shoddy work THFC. Some people need that money and it's not fair being double charged.

Not suprised by the lack of refunds,I wasn't refunded my membership for last season when I became a season ticket holder. Called them up and they took my details to pay it back into my account, 10 months later and I'm still waiting...

I really, really hope they're not doing it on the basis of only refunding people if/when they get in touch to complain, and not issuing refunds to those who aren't on the ball. Isn't that effectively a scam?!

I'm still expecting mine to be deducted from the cost when I buy 3 tickets for the Fulham game tomorrow. I'll be disappointed if this isn't the case.

It definitely won't be deducted. They're saying it'll be automatically refunded back to the lead booker. Any additional people added to the booking will need to phone to to obtain their refund.

Really poor service there. I thought the 1/19th refund to be used as credit would make the 1 off trip to hell good, but it's working out terribly.
