Call the ticket hotline, they did mine without fuss.

Shouldn't really be having to call to get your own money back, but hey ho.

i looked at my online account and they said that they process the returns once a month.....

EDIT - just looked again that page is no longer on the website

My refund for ST re Fulham ticket showed up on my account today, it was dated 31/7 so they were a day late in refunding.

Where does this show up?

I can't see anything about a refund in my account. Tried purchasing a seat for Fulham at Wembley (not that I want one) and it wanted me to pay the full amount on my card so clearly there's no credit on my account.

Also still to receive a refund for my One Hotspur + membership.

Shambles.

When I say account it was my credit card account, when you buy a Fulham ticket they will make the 1/19th refund due on your season ticket into the account of the debit/credit card that you used to purchase a Fulham Wembley ticket.
All a bit complicated I know , I think originally they were going to do it a different way but that's how it has worked for me.
Think it best to email the ticket office and check what procedure they are using at the moment , I think the previous refund system only applied if you made an application during the ST sales window, now that they are on general sale it may be different, best check.

I recieved this today from the club. I see their is a few more left to sell. Must be fewer than 100 now.

I trust you are well and looking forward to the upcoming season in our new home?
Just a brief courtesy note to inform you we are now down to the very last few remaining 1882 Season Ticket + memberships.
As a member, we would like to extend to you a referral option should you have any friends or family that would like to join you in taking a founding 1882 season ticket + membership.
Should you have anybody in mind, please revert and I will advise on remaining availability.
Details on benefits and inclusions found here: 1882 Season Ticket
Furthermore, should you have any other queries, I will be happy to help.
Kind regards,

Anyone got any idea what the refund breakdown for 1882 members will be seeing as it's a piece of the package I don't believe can be replicated at Wembley due to its unique strategic location based in the south stand?

It's 1/19th of £2200 which is approx £115.78 per game missed at new stadium

So they refund you in cash but only when you make a purchase? Bizarre.

I will have to contact them when things calm down a little.

I believe that Spurs did state initially that you could use the refund on Fulham game to make further purchases, not sure if that is strictly legal under consumer law in England, I would have thought you can demand a refund.
Here's a little bit from citizens advice probably relates more to theatre and concert tickets but can't believe that football clubs are exempt. https://www.citizensadvice.org.uk/c...-tickets/getting-a-refund-on-an-event-ticket/

Not quite. The money is put in you account and you can see it online but only now after the 2 additional games being moved to wembley are they giving season tick holders the option of taking the money out to return to our pockets.

Before this latest stadium delay the money was in you spurs account and only to be used towards buying a ticket in future (cup games, europe, away games ect). Thats my understanding. Only now are they allowing the option to take out. £347.34 is what i should get which amounts to 3/19th of my season ticket. Fingers crossed i get alot of home tie cup matchez to make the original outlay of 2200 more bearable. The more domestic cup matches i get the more lower the average cost per game will come down for MY season ticket.

Cheers mate, thought I was going mad, can't see anything about 'account cashback' either.
If it ain't there in the morning I'll probably just ring the ticket office and see what's occurring.

I havent had anything from the Fulham game show up in my account. I really cannot be fucked to call the ticket line but i fucking will for £70... they could have kept it if they brought anyone or anything.

Just all hugely unsatisfying

I decided not to buy my seat in the same position as last season, but got one in the lower tier for £45 & all I got back was the £45 (eventually), not the extra amount of credit that I should have received back into my account (something like £7).
I will wait to see if they add it to the credit for the Liverpool & Cardiff games, but I'm not expecting it to happen without more emails/calls to the ticket office.

I requested a refund today as well, the lady said they will refund the amount I used to purchase the Fulham ticket, in my case £45, the rest is holding on your account and with in two weeks we all get the option to withdraw all the money direct to our bank accounts. So in theory if you do not go to Wembley after Fulham you get 2/19 back + the left over from your Fulham purchase. HTH

They screwed up with the Fulham game and have admitted as much with yesterdays announcement.

INITIALLY they said you could use the credit to buy a ticket. IE, get the value of 1/19th of your season ticket knocked off the price of the Fulham match ticket at checkout.
I believe that only worked if you opted to purchase your seat from last season.
I didn't, as 1/19th is a lot more than that seat was, so waited for the 2nd window. At that point it changed. You had to pay out of your own money. They advised they would refund no later than the 30th July (about 10 days after buying the ticket)
I didn't get the refund, had to chase, eventually it appeared around 2nd August.
There was never an option to cash out.

For Liverpool and Cardiff, this option is available. No idea how you'll have to go about it. I intend to do one, not the other and take the £63 plus the left over from my Fulham match. Will probably have to jump through hoops for it though.

I think I'm going to take the cash and go to the Liverpool game. Can't go to Cardiff because I'm away but the cash would be rather useful atm!
