It's all your fucking fault Ricky!...sort this damn mess out now!!
I should have known someone would find out. Hi guys. It’s me Dan aka Bald Lovemeister aka Tightwad****ofthehighestorder aka A&C’s bum chum. Sorry about the transfer window and stadium but hey look on the bright side. I fucked a 21 year old model last night. Only cost me £2200 of your hard (fnarrr) earned cash. Why do you think the 1882 tickets were that price? Keep spending that cash fellas. Big love. Big Dan

They've taken the loyalty points for the Fulham match off my account.

As the season ticket is de facto cancelled for the 3 first matches, surely they should award loyalty points?

Last season we got a loyalty point for every game attended at Wembley, imagine may be the same and will get a point once your ticket goes through the scanner

The difference is that this ticket is paid for, it's not on the season ticket. Thus they should also be based on opponent. Like cup games are.

I paid for my ST as well ?. Isn’t it only members who would get LP based on opposition?
Normally as a ST holder I don’t get LP for home games but Wembley was treated differently.

Did you buy the ticket then reclaim the money?

I got +3 points when I bought it, then like you, I have had -3 now.
I assume it's because the have refunded me the money and I will then get +1 point for attending the match on Saturday?

The ticket/point IT system is a bit of a catastrophe.

The point is that the match is not included in the season ticket. We have received 3/19 of our season ticket left and these matches are therefore not included in the season ticket. Surely it's more "loyal" to still go to the three matches than not? And further it's more "loyal" to go to Cardiff than Liverpool.

The post from THST is wrong. You do accrue points for home matches that are not included in your season ticket. Normally cup matches, but this year also 3 (and counting) league matches.

So the club have only just confirmed that the credits for Cardiff and Liverpool can’t be used for future matches this season. Only for withdrawal or saved for next years ST.

I had a feeling this was going to be the case so made sure I withdrew the funds this morning, but I really don’t understand why the clubs previous emails couldn’t have been made crystal clear from the start. Particularly as they made a point of only giving us a short window with which to have the funds transferred this month.

It surely can’t be that hard to communicate properly in the first place?

I'm glad i'm not the only one that got stun by that. Everything I read made it seem like you'd pay for Liverpool in the same way as Fulham but now they are saying you can *only* use it for next season.

Same with me.

I'm not demanding loads of compo, free, this free that, but fucking hell they're even being stingy with their imaginary points system.

The credit system didn't work for Fulham. Most of us had to fork out of our own pocket then reclaim the cash. Think they gave up for these 2

Sorry probably stupid question. But is the current Wembley ticket map a closer indication of actual attendance. As ST holders seats not going have just gone to members and general sale. Would that be correct?

You would have to say so with season ticket holders like myself having to re buy a ticket. The stadium map would have started empty thus meaning that sales gave gone rather well for this match as it will for pool although not so much for cardiff.
Im expecting around 65-70k fellow yids later today!

Yeah Cardiff will be the interesting one. However by then I suspect the situation will be a lot clearer and people would have calmed down. I’d expect minimal difference from last season.

Does anyone know what time of month they're running the credit on the refunded amounts for Liverpool and Cardiff?

Flipping hate it when my money is in limbo and I don't know when I'll receive it.
